Pathfinder: Holy War
In the high mountains, dark beings learn terrible secrets that grant them unholy power. In the woodland, wolves stalk men and destroy communities. Winter comes in hard and malicious, cutting off communities from the rest of civilisation for months at a time. Sometimes, these villages are discovered in the spring, devoid of any human life. The Old Gods, hungry for the souls of their faithful to empower them, promise vile power in return for worship and sacrifices.
The darkness holds the world tight in its grasp.
Only the light of the Faith of a Hundred Gods can burn back the darkness. Only the men and women of the faith in all its forms can prevent the lands being swallowed in evil and bloodshed.
In Pathfinder: Holy War, the characters are troubleshooters for the Theocrat, an individual trying to bring peace and justice to a region where peace and justice are pipe dreams. The game is a supernatural horror/fantasy.
