Fallout: The Reef
War.
War never changes.
Out of the veil of nuclear fire, survivors arose from the blasted remains of the vast countryside. Some emerged from the protective walls of vast underground Vaults; some, exposed to the twisting radiation, changed into the long-lived ghouls; others, more monstrously changed, swelled into hulking Super Mutants. By choice or by force, these people walked out into a world changed, and inherited the ruins.
Far to the north, a creeping glow haunts the horizon - an open sore, a gash in the earth where glacial waters boiled into vapor on the day the bombs fell. On it's western edge, MotorMetro, the Robotic City, enforces its iron grip all along the Track under the tires of its roving vehicles. And just across the gap, the Loonies of Stanley-Land rally under an old banner to right an ancient injustice. In between, scores of twisted monsters, the Reefers, crawl from the fetid crater, expanding their borders, gathering territory. At the center, a treasure - the wreck of the Fitzgerald, rumored to be carrying something powerful enough to secure the entire region. Those in power want it and fear it. And soon, someone will decide its fate.
Life in The Reef is about to change.
