Re: Practices

As he left he grabbed  a can of  soda  and showed it to the  workers who nodded and marked it down then headed off to the locker room,  he got his helmet, workout shorts , and tee shirt  with his number on and walked out onot the filed. The Stadium had a few Hundred people in, The Dragons were allowing open practices,  the people coming in could give a dollar that went to Cancer research, but it was not an forced payment..there were  soda   vendors  and ice cream and the like, almost like a game. As the Amota's tried to build thier  fan base.

Miles  asked  Bronk to take some  snaps  from him, and some shot gun snaps  as well...Bronk would drop back and Toss the BAll to Ben, or whomever  wishes to catch.

Teh ESPN Beat reporter  was prowling the sidelines, she was not allowed to take to players  , before or during practice, but she could afterwards, she did interview  some fans, and would snag a cheerleader if she was able.

Re: Practices

Bethany came out, dressed in a t-shirt, workout shorts, and had also grabbed her helmet for good measure, just in case it was needed.  She made her way over to where the wide receivers were to start going over their practice and started stretching.  For the moment, the media people were ignored; she wasn't especially bothered by their presence.  If a coach came by, she would stop what she was doing, of course, to do what was requested of her, but if no coach did come by, she'd join in whatever the other wide receivers were currently doing.

Re: Practices

The whistle blew as Sims called into a Bull horn,Alright, Tee shierts, and Helmets folks...if you left your helmet in the locker room, Go get it  and take 5 laps...

One  Rookie  free agent swore  and hustled  off to the locker room. Sims  Comtinued with a shake of  his head,Everyone goes to thier Position Coaches,...Coach Lewis and  I will make our  way through the groups..now?  find your coaches...

Coach Hebner had Mik and Lucas and the other backs  running through some  hand off  drills, taking hand offs  while the other  whacked at them with eardrum dummies.

the lines were goping over the various forms  of atatcks  andwhat to watch out  for  on down and distance.

DBs  and LBs  were back peddling and moving to  a few balls thrown by coaches  and ball boys. to practice picks..the went from there to Tip Drills.

Fillings  and Steele were tossing the Ball to a ball boy who stood  next to them and tosses back.

The Wideouts  moved through cutting drills, Coach Nevers Firing  balls at them on the break, whether they looked or not..a drop was greeted by  shouts  and cusses, if a ball hit the wideout on the head, the CAoch made them run a lap for not getting thier head around fast enough.

The special teams coach walked around the drills  making notes  on his  clip boards  as he looked for player  who would cover his  kicks...
