 no sir, Mr  Bronk... Security  is  keeping  everyone  away to day except  for a  couple  reporters, and Later  today, the   Pats, GM is  coming in to talk with Mr Yuto.

Silva  smiled a cute  little smile, Maggie looked down her  nose at  Adam,Young Mr Amota allowed me to bring a Guest...Silvia   and i shared a  drink at the  Club after  all the football players  ent to get thier beauty sleep...  she  smiled  widly.

 Adam nooded thoughfully,then looked  from one to the other,you two should have  skipped the drinks   and got that sleep...man.... could you two use it... he  pushed passed them as Silvia  had her  mouth opened in shock.. Maggie  frowned her  face  turning a dark red.

When she heard that only a couple reporters would be allowed, Lindsey actually believed that Maggie would be among those left out. But there she was, with blonde Lhasa Apso in tow. Either Silvia did a real good snow job on Maggie, or Maggie was really a hostile bitch. Lindsey could understand Maggie being snide to her, but she never believed she would be hostile to the team. Silvia was bad news, period. Maggie giving her access wasn't going to produce anything but salacious bullshit.

Adam, of course, didn't hide his disdain. He left them slack jawed and red-faced as he pushed past. Adam's insult was just mean, but one argument a day was enough for Lindsey. She just smiled and followed in Adam's wake.

"Yeah, it's like college all over again. But without the classes. Certainly it saves a lot of time, though what about the guys with families? They all cool staying, um, on campus?" Rock raised an eyebrow, clearly curious about how things were expected to progress over time.

Kane  pointed  with his thumb, over his shoulder,..alot of the married  guys have  homes nearby..Duke stays in the townhouses  with his family? it  not much different then some  suburbs

 Adam walked   like a man on a Mission  down the track towards the tunnel entrance...Got enough time to get a  Den Coffee, and get to the meeting room...

Echo bill and  Bob were standing  by the  entrance.

Lindsey was almost running to keep up with Adam. She couldn't tell if he was upset with her, or just focused on being on time. She would have thought it was the latter, but he hadn't said a word to her since they arrived until he announced that he was running out of time. Apparently that would have to be worked out later. Seeing Bob and Echo Bill at the entrance to the Den, she let Adam go ahead.

"Hey guys. What's up? I have to be in the meeting also, so I only have a second."

 Bill  and Bob looked at  their  Cell phones....loks  like a slow  day today?  Pats GM is  coming to the Complex  at 4?, he wants to work out practice time on the field... the release  says  the teams might alternate   1:00  and 4:00 practices on the field, since  game  time is 1:00... Yuto has  refused to move the game to  8:00PM because ..and get this  quote. .... ' when schedule was   made, we were to play 1:00, because  the league felt like we weren't good enough for Prime  Time. This is  Christmas  Eve, we want our players  to enjoy the holiday   with thier families. Next  season, if they wish  us to play Prime Time, they will have to schedule it...

 Bob Laughs,when  They first  got here  and cleaned house. I thought it was great?.. wipe away the 'loser' stuff off the  franchise walls. But man, They are swinging harder  now..and they aren't pretending to show the  Football world... that they will not be disrepected....now?  I think the league can make them play at 8:00?  but the Pats   issued  their  own  release , agreeing with   Yuto?... it makes sense, since they have to fly ba back home to new England, and then fly down to  Nashvile for their last game.

 Bill nods in the direction of  Maggie  and Silva, who  are taking   to some  younger Guy in a suit.that 'car guy with  the gun" had the lot  full of  reporters, must have  been 20 cars out there. Amota security  sent them away... one  woman refused to go...she's headed down town in an Uber now to get her car  from the Impound lot... There is a  hard  core  defiance from The Amotas... I kind of like it?

Ben wandered into the meeting room, coffee in hand, hair damp, wearing jeans and a t-shirt.

 Heather got to the Complex early it had just opened. Heather drove up parked as close as she could and then began her walk to the training room. Heather smiled at the guards and walked in feeling great she then walked into the training room and worked with Tracy until it was close to time to go to her morning meetings.

 After working with Tracy and Eva she got dressed and they said they would talk with her before they went onto the field. Heather then went to the Den real quick to get a coffee and then headed to the meeting room.

Lindsey shook her head. It was difficult to get her head wrapped the idea of a slow day given the news from the night before.

"It doesn't feel like a slow day. A guy with guns drove here to stalk us. I cannot fathom how that just a mention. The guy was bailed out within a few minutes of bail being set. I don't know what, but there is a lot more story there. So that guy is back out there, maybe with co-conspirators. It's driving me nuts that everyone is just shrugging about it. I have to get to the meeting. See ya this afternoon."

To Meeting

  as the  Dragons  trainers  went out  to set up  dummies  and  spot  bags  of practice footballs. some of the  Patriots  coaches  were coming in the  gate..'escorted'  to  the near endzone tunnel from the field ( outsides  were locked until game day)


 The Looked up  at the Twin  Dragons that 'crawled" up the side of the  massive scoreboard above them.

 another scoreboard, only a bit  smaller   had a  Dragon  lying on tip...  There were  cables   going  north and south that went into the  scoreboard Boxes... these are the  doors  Jackie would  fly out after a score.

The  artificial  turf  was clean. the smell of  fresh paint on the lines. The  Team benches  were being uncovered for practice  for players to sit on, starting  tomorrow, the Pats would be here as well.

Not really paying attention as she walked out to her car, Lindsey went over the list in her head of the things she needed to do. For teh day, she thought she had them all. She coordinated press passes for the Auburn game, she arranged travel, but she still needed to secure a hotel. She had the Collins interview in the can, and she was headed to JTS to meet with EG and Mac. She would have to come back after for the practice. She just felt like there was something she was missing.

It was a good thing she knew the halls so well already. Somehow she was already walking by the staff locker room. Ah shit. She missed working out that day. She resolved to make up for it later that evening. And she forgot to change out of her interview clothes. Where the hell was her head? Again, she could do all that when she got back.

Moving on, she went through her list for the next day as she continued on to the parking lot..

  A Voice   from behind  her  called out,He.. Hot  Chick?....  Your  Boy said i could take a shot  at you if  i wanted....whadda  say?..want to teach him a lesson? He's i the Den studying  Film, like he's gonna save the free  world from starvation..

Steele  smiled his   winning  smile as he  slowed his jog to a walk...

Roused from her self-induced trance, Lindsey heard someone calling out from behind. She recognized Steele's voice be barely understood what he was saying. Something about Adam saying he could have her and asking if she wanted to teach him a lesson. She must have heard that wrong, because it was just so ridiculous. Sure Adam and she had a tense moment that morning, but there was no way Adam said any such thing. Steele was probably just being his usual charming self.

"Hi, Jim. I don't have time for you right now. I'm in a rush." She turned to face but kept walking backwards towards the exit. "If you want to apologize for this morning you can follow and say it while I'm walking. If you want to teach people lessons, you should do that on the practice field. Show everyone you're worth the energy." Turning forward, she continued on at a brisk pace.

    Steele  stopped, his smile dropped  as Hebner called out  to him from the   tunnel , as he drove the golf cart  down the track.

  Ed had stepped out of the security Booth that  sat the Middle of the gates.Is there a problem, Ms Garrat?

"Hi Ed." Lindsey glanced over her shoulder at Steele briefly. "No, problem. I'm headed to the studio. I'll see you in an hour."

When Lindsey got out to the parking lot, she couldn't remember where she parked her car. She retraced her steps in her mind, until she realized that Adam drove that morning.

"Fuck!" There were too many things happening. Obviously that stalker spooked her more than she thought. She pulled out her phone and ordered an Uber. Eight minutes later, Rama pulled in.

"Lindsey?" Rama confirmed as she slid into the back of the gray Toyota.

"Hi, good morning." Rama kept his car very clean and smelled lemony. Lindsey pulled the door closed. "I'm kind of behind schedule now, so try to shave a few minutes, okay Rama?"

Ben arrived at the pool. Nobody else was there, although he had a feeling he'd have company before the afternoon was over. He went to the deep end, dived in smoothly and started laying down lengths, losing himself in the flow of water and the rhythm of his movements.

 Heather went into the complex, she got changed and took a quick shower. She then did some treadmill work, and then did upper body and then worked hard on her legs. After about 30 minutes she then headed for the pool to swim for that rest of the time.

 Heather showed up at the pool way after Ben. Heather took off her robe she was wearing a very sexy one-piece bathing suit. Hather smiled and waved at Ben and then dove into the pool and began doing her laps switching between Australian crawl, breaststroke and the butterfly strokes.

Rock wore mirrored goggles and longer trunks with several open pockets designed to increase drag. Swimming was good for a lot of things, but the extra drag would help work his upper body muscles harder.

The DB gave Ben and Heather their space, diving smoothly into the water and starting a long warmup. He then started a variety of sets beginning with distance intervals and ending with single-length sprints.

After catching his breath, Rock did a few more backstroke sets before pulling himself out of the water and observing the others for a minute.

Lost in his own little world of an Australian crawl, Ben dimly noticed that he had company. He left them to their own devices and continued to churn up and down.

 Heather did 15 laps of the pool 5 laps each of each of the three strokes she was doing. Once she was done with her laps, she noticed Rock had joined and a few others. Heather then went to the deep end put her arms on the side of the pool and began kicking her legs underwater to give them a real good workout. Heather smiled at Rock as she was going her kicking exercises.

Rock still had a bit of triceps workout in mind, but saw Heather taking a break and swam over in her direction. He hung an arm on the side of pool as he got within speaking distance. Jutting his chin toward her kick routine the CB inquired, "how's the knee doing? Fully recovered at this point?"

 Heather smiled as Rock came over," The knee was always fine it was more my hip where I took the helmet hit that was the bad one. Yes pretty much back to 100% now lets see if Evil Eva agrees."  Heather did a few minutes of the kicking and then said," You did real good in your first game, but the Titans are bad, we are facing a much better team in every way Sunday. I also have to be quiet I grew up a Pats fan and my mom is a HUGE fan. My mom is a Dragons fan now. So how are you fitting in, getting all settled in. Do you have any family coming this Sunday?"

Having collected all her clothes, Lindsey walked out to the parking area, waving to Ed on the way by.

"Good night Ed. have a good evening."

Out in the lot, She waited for Adam
