We accepted an offer on our old house this weekend. Hopefully, this whole buying and selling a house process will be over soon. :)

 yay! That's always a big thing, getting rid of the old  house before taxes are due!

We had to pay in May, so, unfortunately, that wasn't the case for us. But since a bunch of the money is just sitting in escrow, we'll get a decent refund.

that's good.. we got beat up on our  house ( half a double..old mining company houses).. but, now I am in , what was my Dad's house that has both sides of the double.. 12  rooms..coem in handy when kid s come to visit or  I have to  watch them over night.
