The video is just a heavily-weighted barbell being lifted up a few times in a deadlift before the video goes on repeat. The bar is bending with each lift, but the angle of the video obscures how heavy the weight is.

For those who've been following me awhile, here we go again! For anyone wondering, my answer remains the same as it did half a decade ago.
There are a pair of links to articles in the Detroit Free Press. The first one is dated from her first season with Wayne State University questioning if she could be allowed to compete in college football. Her only quote on the matter at the time was "We'll let my play over the next four years answer that question."
The second article is dated four and a half years later and is by the same writer. This one lists her accomplishments as a four-year player and openly speculates on why no NFL team is giving her a shot or the NFL wouldn't allow her to compete at the combine.
