Ian, Rowan is in front of the truck and can't see inside. She needs to make an Onerous Cognition check (TN 7) to notice the door opening at all.

All I need is a Quickness check from Jane, and she's away for a few days so I'll do that for her. (She notices the door opening so I'll assume she acts on that information.)

Yep not a damned scratch. I'm thinking more along the lines of What the heck. Mostly because he would have had the Ranger briefing on Servitors and well that was way to easy as far as he is concerned.

Well yeah.   I didn't want to shoot at the door opening in case it was Roadkill.  I mean, despite his name, I don't want him to be one.

Would I get another action then or just consider me alerting Peter to do that?  I was under the impression that my targets were neutralized.

Most targets are neutralised from your perspective. 1 seems to have gotten away.

Jane has 3 actions. Alerting Peter would be 1 or 2, she could hop out and check the cab while doing that.

I sort of took it that she was holding her action (please specify if you're doing this in your post!) but with Jane calling out, Rowan can probably guess Roadkill's in trouble in the cab. As well, Jane and Peter have stopped firing although Rowan might still be concerned about running across their line of fire.

Make a Medicine: General check, TN5 to assess his wounds.

This will take 1 Action for the turn. She can then apply 1 poultice, then save the roll for next turn (that is, takes effect then).
