The technical's M2HB was dismounted on a tripod and fired up an offramp in conjunction with Jane's 12mm HI SAW at a group of approaching bikers (Doomsayers), enfilading them. (It was an L-shaped ambush.) The hoverbike wasn't the only target, there were other bikes that got hit.




I think the hoverbike itself took 2 rounds from the front off-centre, one went through the windscreen and into the chest of the Doombringer riding it, and one through the gauge cluster, through the fuel tank and then through his thigh. Smoker patched up the fuel tank, it's fine but could use some aesthetic refinement.



You can get parts from the mechanics at the city garage. Let them know what you need.

Okay I was assuming it was the only target so yeah two rounds hitting. Maybe a half an hour with the cosmetic being done as well. I take it that you have seen the damage the a Browning does right Tony. Nasty. For whatever reason in real life I would rather get shot by a Barret Rifle then a Browning M-2 if I had a choice.

I think the damage from .127mm FMJ would be impressive. The round that hit the fuel tank hit the headlight and then instrument cluster first, deforming and fragmenting. The tank was struck by a fragment pr fragments of the bullet, not the full bullet itself.

 It is rather impressive. The difference in the Barret vs the Browning is that the Browning "dumps" it's energy into the target and the Barret doesn't. The Barret round goes straight through a car's engine block. I've seen the test shots kinda scary survivable just barely but still. My buddies in high school were gun bunnies and I had to learn to understand most of it. If Airen ever gets the chance to get an Artic Warfare Magnum Rifle I want one. It fires a .338 Magnum rifle round. It is accurate to the range of a quarter mile and just as mean as a M-2 just smaller.

Well, the Colonel carries a .338 Lapua Magnum rifle...

I wouldnt mind getting my hands on the new M4 50.Cal varient, Semi-auto only but scrounge something resembling a scope and you have quite the semi-auto killer

I know. It is in fact quite close to your Colonel's rifle. However I think I would build a rail gun for him before I went with a standard weapon. The frame for one would be a nice starting off point though.

I've been light on describing what shooting irons people are carrying because the Posse aren't going around town loaded for bear. That reminds me, some PCs picked up additional weapons that need to be input on character sheets, or sold.

Additionally, there doesn't seem to be a basic 1st Aid kit for HoE, there are paramedic bags (what I'd call a Level III kit) for #500. Didn't you have some kind of medkit for your game for $100? What are the stats?

Yeah I did it was $100, but it was what in real life most people call a first aid kit. Basically some gauze and a few dozen band-aids and neosporin. It lets you use the Medicine:General skill twice before it runs out. In the alternative Airen can make them one shot "stimpacks". Would have to work the stats up to give you a price. Junkers and the Healing power rock. The Stimpacks would be rechargeable with the chemical components.

Ah, that makes sense.

Put that way, you can certainly trade the mini-uzi for a 1st-Aid kit (which is different than a paramedic's bag). It's 2-use medical kit. (The paramedic bag is more like 6 uses, and will give a bonus to Medicine.)

Is Rowan going to trade away the 2x scope as well as the Fusil-20? It can be attached to her AK.

1) 1st Aid Kit (aka "personal medkit", "medkit, personal" if we want to be Morrow Project about it) is stored in the rig's cab.

2) The Avtomat Kalashnikova Novo of 2047 (aka AK-47N) has a universal rail system for attaching accessories like optical sights. Attaching the scope is a TN: Easy Shootin' Rifles task. It also requires expending 1-10 rounds to "Zero" it in, but once it is, it can be removed and reattached without a roll or further zeroing.

3) The block of available 4mm is Frangible.
