Sometimes I have noticed that RPoL does what I call a refresh. Games where I am in the development stage and no one is in yet get red. So it isn't "possible" for there to be new messages. You know what I mean.

Okay I'm confused. Are we paying the $950 like it seemed, or is Schaeffer getting the Mayor to pay for it?

Please post straight OOC things here rather in the IC thread. Just keeps things cleaner in my opinion. Having said that, however, I've edited my post, and my apologies for not reading that correctly. I am very tired today but didn't want to continue to not post like last week.

Glad this was sorted out. I just skimmed the post and hadn't caught Rowan had gone outside either, I just assumed this was the usual unpredictable Rowan behaviour we all know and love.

Although it might seem easier in the heat of the moment to reply in the IC thread, please remember to make OOC comments in the OOC thread!
