I made Smoker's Didge roll. He failed and the bullet struck his leg.

Fortunately, the bullet only caused a Light wound! Plus 3 Wind (End) lost.

In reply to Rowan Dawson (msg # 100):

Interesting play! Sleep powder is sprinkled on the victim and doesn't need to be inhaled. It's not an area effect spell, at least not unless you have a fan or some way to disperse it. (Blowing on it doesn't count.)

To cast Sleep you need to get within 1 yard, which will happen as at least 1 biker moves in to collect her weapons. I made her to-hit roll (Throwing) and got a 5, but did not beat his Dodge. You can spend a chip (White, Red, Blue, Legend) to roll more dice, or just hope he won't be able to shoot Rowan.

Basically, it goes down to who goes first. I will still need Rowan's initiative roll. Please post here.

02:12, Today: The Marshall rolled 8 using 3d8, keeping the highest dice only.  Biker initiative.

In reply to Rowan Dawson (msg # 102):

Blow or throw, you gotta make a roll! You might be able to affect multiple targets in some circumstances but generally speaking, a dose will affect a single target.

As well, it's a spell, not a chemical warfare agent. Perhaps a throwing motion is part of how you cast it? In D&D it would be a "physical" component, I guess.

At any rate a blue will do it. Roll 1d10 and add it to 5.

That's good enough for me to roll. Once I have the totals of the bad guys, you can also put in more chips to up your Dodge even further.

Re: Die Roll, Card and Chip Draws/Awards II

Peter and Smoker must each make a TN7 Vigor check to avoid being affected themselves by the flash-bang!

Jason must make a Fair TN5 Cognition check to identify all active targets, at -4 due to the poor lighting conditions.

As well, both PCs must also make Incredible TN11 Cognition checks. Jason again at -4!

Your wish is my command:

14:37, Today: Smoker Nix rolled 7 using 3d8, keeping the highest dice only, rerolling max with rolls of 4,7,3.  Vigor check vs. Flash-bang, TN7.

Spot on!

Ever been on the receiving end of one of them? I once upset someone in 'special forces' who thought it would be a neat idea to throw one at us. I drew my sidearm, pointed it at random and yelled "Identify yourself" - only by pure chance I was pointing directly at him. From then on I had the reputation of being immune to flash-bangs...

11:24, Today: Peter Firecrow rolled 11 using 1d12, rerolling max with rolls of 11.  White chip.

11:26, Today: Peter Firecrow rolled 10 using 4d6, keeping the highest dice only, rerolling max with rolls of 1,2,3,(6+4)10.  Cognition (not sure if I was one of the "both" needing to roll).

Re: Die Roll, Card and Chip Draws/Awards II

Woo-Hoo!

I've put off chip awards for too long:

Rowan +1 Red (Fighting Baphomet)
Peter +2 Red (Fighting Baphomet, convincing Buck to assist)
Smoker +1 Red (Fighting Baphomet)
Jane +1 Red (Fighting Baphomet)
Trask +1 Red (Fighting Baphomet)
Jason +1 Red, +1 Legend (for striking death blow on Baphomet)

Please remind me if you think you earned extra chips due to RPing Flaws!

As well, when Baphomet went down someone Counted Coup. (Received some kind of supernatural rewad.)

Jason, Trask, Rowan should make a Spirit check to see who counted Coup after Baphomet died. You may secretly spend chips to improve this roll. This is usually a benefit but for such a powerful demon like this there will be some kind of negative drawback.

Hard to beat!

Treating wounds isn't done with a single roll, it's treated on a per-wound basis. While a roll of 9 is a good roll I don't know which to apply it to.

I also didn't describe Schaeffer's wounds correctly as I added up his Wound levels incorrectly. His torso is cumulatively at Maimed, which kills him.
