Here are your current Chip totals according to my notes.

Please update your character sheets accordingly! I am allowing Aptitude/Attribute/Edge buys.

Note, you can only have 10 chips. Any chips over max are taken as Bounty instead. As well you can now spend chips to negate damage per the core rules.

Note: From now on, unless you specifically state you are sleeving (saving) a card (holding an action, etc.) I will not assume this takes place.

At this point, Smoker can spend his hole (sleeved) card to automatically improve his initiative to go before the Bloats. Although he is not engaged by them so that's not really necessary.

You know, I don't see the harm in me doing it anyways. Although I suppose you could always want to spend chips to reroll or add dice, in that case you would go ahead and do it.

Does anyone have a problem with that? I roll init for everyone, then if you want to spend chips you roll those additional dice yourself.

Well I think all 3 bullets hit from the first burst, geez, lol. Will attempt to completely 'down' one before moving on. Can't remember if you roll location for each bullet of a burst or not.

Each bullet in a 3-round burst that hits, gets a location, that's fine. (Damage dice are open-ended but you didn't fare so well there so nothing different.) You rolled high enough all rounds hit. In fact, you got 5 raises which allows up to +5 or -5 on the hit location table. I assume you are going to adjust the last shot (location 16) up to a 20 for another bullet to the noggin. That second noggin hit also adds two more damage dice (+2d8) which you can roll for and add to the 12 damage dealt by the last hit (because it's now a head shot). If this is what you want I will go ahead and resolve the attack.

I'd like to remind you that the RoF of the ACR's 5.56mm carbine is 9 shots per Action, broken down into 3x 3-round bursts. You can therefore shoot up to 3x 3-rounds bursts as part of the same action. The only downside is each burst after the first in an action is a cumulative -2 recoil modifier.

I'm on the fence if the raises in a burst should go to both improving hit location and more bullets hitting the target, but that is how the rule is worded. We'll go with that for now at least for bursts at a single target. If you are spraying and praying (attempting to hit multiple targets) raises do not improve hit location; bullet placement is just too random.

Yep. 2nd burst gets 3 hits, 3rd misses. Your damage and location rolls look right.

When firing at multiple targets you need to designate which bullets hit which target, then resolve them. I'll say it makes sense that for the second burst the two hits are different bloats because he was spraying and praying. All potential targets (the 3 remaining bloats) are all within 2 yards of each other so all are valid targets.

Crichton drew the Black Joker but as this probably wouldn't happen with a real card deck (Smoker already drew it previously) I decided to drop the result. Basically, everyone goes before the Bloats.

Okay. 3 Bursts, 1 per bloat, starting with the last one that Peter wounded. First burst hits, no raise. 2nd burst hits, no raise. 3rd burst hits, no raise.

So 27 damage to the gizzards on the wounded one. 18 dmg to the next one in the guts and 21 dmg to the third one in the guts as well.

2nd group of bursts. First burst gets a raise. 2nd and 3rd bursts hit, no raise.
