Die Roll, Card and Chip Draws/Awards II

Peter drew King Club for initiative.

Whatever it is drew 4 Diamonds.

Peter acts first, I will post for whatever it is, then you can post Peter's reaction shot as it comes into view (is he using autofire? How many rounds? Etc.)

For when it is time for our guts check:

08:00, Today: Jane Guin rolled 5 using 3d6, keeping the highest dice only, rerolling max with rolls of 5,1,4.  Guts check for Jane (later in the round).

OK so yeah a 19 is my roll for when the guts check is needed. Success and 3 raises. I just realized so long as I don't botch I automatically pass a TN 5 Guts check.

No, laugh, no autofire. Burst fire only, sir. Peter isn't THAT good with rifles.

Today: Peter Firecrow rolled 9 using 4d10, keeping the highest dice only, rerolling max with rolls of 9,9,8,3.  Shootin', burst 3, at thing (+2 to end total from aimin').

For when you are ready.

OK, then. 3-round burst.

It is amusing that Jason cannot normally fail a TN5 Guts check.

Ha ha! I'm sorry, I decided to hold off on Fear checks for another turn. You can act, then others will make Fear checks when all Hell breaks loose!

Peter, Smoker and Rowan already passed theirs. I think Rowan also has an additional +2 for her Brave edge.

Jane has that also.  Should I keep what I rolled earlier or are we going to reroll?

In reply to Jane Guin (msg # 11):

Strictly speaking, no one needs to make a Guts check right now.

Those who made them ahead of time, keep your results (good or bad).

Not really massed combatants + grenades = flesh soup. Or in otherwords little to no ghoul/zombie/whatever following us. So we have a little breathing room between us and the Combine. First rule of Ranger etiquette in Deadlands  Kill it. Second rule if it survived rule number one refer to rule number  one. Rule three if it survived rules one and two recruit it.

The tanks are a chemical hell, that was what I was reffering to. GRIN
