Bodahn's Wagon
Communication (Bargaining) may be used to haggle for better prices.

All base prices are based on SET 1, unless stated otherwise.
The base prices will change with each individual upgrade.

All weapons/armours listed in SET 1 are made of iron, elm or leather.
Raw materials may be hard to obtain and players are responsible for hunting them down before said weapons/armours can be crafted from them. I.e. The raw materials must be in your inventory, or somehow you obtained them via purchase or quest, then you can make these weapons. Or you can buy them at a hefty cost at the right merchant.

---------------

BASIC UPGRADES

Masterwork Weapons/Armour

Getting a masterwork item means a +1 bonus to weapon/armour. These bonuses include attack, damage, defense, speed, armour rating or some other focus bonus

Basic Price Range:

+ 1 (common) = Base price of item x 5

Superior Weapons/Armor

Getting a superior item means it is made of raw materials that improves the armour penalty, reduce a weapon/armour's strength requirement, and sometimes even boost a talent level.

Weapons Basic Price Range:

Steel (-1 min str) = Base Price of Item x 3
Verdium (-2 min str, 1 talent level bonus ) = Base Price of Item x 6
Silverite (-2 min str, 1 talent level bonus, focus benefit) = Base Price of Item x 9

Ash (+10% long range) = Base Price of Item x 2
Yew (-1 min str, +10% short range, +25% long range) = Base Price of Item x 4
Whitewood (-2 min str, +25% short range, +50%long range, 1 talent level bonus ) = Base Price of Item x 6
Ironbark (-2 min str, +50% short range, +100 long range, 1 talent level bonus, focus benefit) = Base Price of Item x 8

Armour Basic Price Range:

Leather Armour Improvement
Drakeskin (+2 Defense, +1 armour penalty improvement, - 1 min str) = Base Price of Item x 6

Drakeskin Leather (+2 Def., 3/+1, -2 Str) = 90 SP
Heavy Drakeskin Leather (+2 Def., 4/0, -2 Str) = 180 SP

Metal Armour Improvement
Veridum (+1 Defense, + 1 armour rating, +1 armour penalty improvement, -1 min str) = Base Price of Item x 6

Veridum Light Mail (+1 Def., 6/-1, -1 Str) = 300 SP
Veridum Heavy Mail (+1 Def, 8/-2, -1 Str) = 450 SP
Veridum Light Plate (+1 Def, 9/-3, -1 Str) = 600 SP
Veridum Heavy Plate (+1 Def, 11/-5-1 Str)= 900 SP

Red Steel (+2 armour rating, +2 armour penalty improvement, -1 min str) = Base Price of Item x 9

Red Steel Light Mail (7/0-1 Str) = 450 SP
Red Steel Heavy Mail (9/-1, -1 Str) = 675 SP
Red Steel Light Plate (10/-2, -1 Str) = 900 SP
Red Steel Heavy Plate (12/-3, -1 Str)= 1350 SP

------------

Superior Goods

Fine (+1 social bonus) = Base Price of Item x 5
Outstanding (+2 social bonus) = Base Price of Item x 25
Exceptional (+3 social bonus) = Base Price of Item x 100
Kingly (+5 social bonus) = Base Price of Item x 1000+

------------

FURTHER UPGRADES

Masterwork Weapons/Armour

Getting a further masterwork upgrade means an item gains a +1, +2 or +3 bonus to weapon/armour. These bonuses include attack, damage, defense, speed, armour rating or some other focus bonus

Further Upgrade Price Range:

+ 1 (common) = Base price of item x 5
+ 2 (rare) = Base price of item x 10
+ 3 (very rare) = Base price of item x 15+

The base price of the item is the current cost of your improved weapon/armour.

e.g Battle Axe 14 SP.

Masterwork Battle Axe + 1 damage = 2d6+1, 70 SP

So to make further improvements on your Mastwork Battle Axe, the base price you would consider is 70SP. Not 14 Sp.

Thus, if you want to make a Masterwork + Superior Weapons/Armor

Masterwork weapon price x raw material modifier price

e.g Battle Axe 14 SP.

Masterwork Battle Axe + 1 damage = 2d6+1 = 70 SP

Steel Masterwork Battle Axe + 1 damage = 2d6+1 = 70SP x3 = 210 SP (2 gold, 10 silver)

Or, if you want to make a Masterwork + Superior Weapons/Armor + Fine (Superior Goods)

Superior Masterwork weapon price x Superior good ranking

e.g Battle Axe 14 SP.

Masterwork Battle Axe + 1 damage = 2d6+1, 70 SP

Steel Masterwork Battle Axe + 1 damage = 70SP x3 = 2d6+1, 210 SP (2 gold, 10 silver)

Fine steel masterwork battle axe + 1 damage = 2d6+1, Fine +1 Social = 210SP x5 = 1050 SP (10 gold, 50 SP)
