I didn't update the map properly with my position, but I DID update it in the movement section of my post. I and Antaeus are on opposite sides of the board.
Best policy would be to not include the map in your post then. The visual map is easier to use to see everyone, so posting an un-updated version is just asking people to mistake where you are.
Once we resolve this issue of action, I will change the hydra's action to reflect your actual position.
Where's it say that? I check the PM thread and this thread, didn't see anyone specify no consumables.

Also, don't you need ranged attacks for all 5 breath weapons?
Breath weapons are AoE. You're either in the area or you're not, there's no attack roll.

From where I was, I probably had full cover against at least one or two heads.
D&D does not differentiate between where the heads are relative to the body. Cover is calculated by positions of the occupied squares.
As it is, Hydra heads are serpentine. They could just as easily extend into any place within reach and breath from there, denying you any cover at all. But that's not how hydras or breath weapons work, so I'm not doing that.

(or caltrops either, right? Those count as consumables?)
I don't see why you couldn't pick them up afterwards. I think we also have free mundane (non-masterwork) arrow replacement, so caltrops could probably fit under that as well.

Given that I'm not sure if I'm going to be allowed to replace a spell choice since I wasn't allowed to use my wand
Just listing this to let you know I saw it, but lets figure out where the 'no consumables' bit came from first.
