Riven manages to twist slightly out of the way of the flaming blast, but is still caught by a large portion of it. Falling to her knees for a brief moment, she looks almost as if she's about to fall... but whirls up on to her feet, and dashes at Yangash sword first in a desperate stab. Miraculously, her blade hits home, but after a brief moment of attempting to fight off the darkness, Riven falls, the necromantic energy flowing through her blade sealing her fate.
