How high up is the pillar in the center?

Stated in Arenas thread:
If not otherwise specified, the ceiling for each arena is 40 feet high. You cannot go outside the boundaries of the arena.

- Standard: The open arena with the rectangle in the middle (sandy floor)
the off-center tower near the middle is 20 feet tall and solid stone
