However, I'm pretty sure you're using FOM, but I was wondering how as I didn't you see using a stone.

I don't think you can manifest FOM by yourself and a tattoo can only contain 3rd or lower powers.

You are correct and my action was wrong.
It was indeed FOM.
It should have been a stone activation and not a tattoo.
I will have the GM's update my equipment list.
