1- About the miss chances, are you really incoporeal or blinking in and out of reality ?

2- Why no AOO ? Quicken manifesting ? Remember you can't cast/manifest defensively.

3- I rolled a spellcraft check and can identify 9th level spell or lower, what is it ?

He did no manifesting, he just disappeared.
You do not get a spellcraft check as you did not see him do anything that resembled manifesting.

I guess you can identify the spell if you see its affect with a DC of 20.
This will allow you to identify the spell as it is 4th level or less.
