Rook walks out into the arena, a large swrong strapped to his back, and another one in his hand. his longbow, along with a quiver of arrows hangs loosely over his shoulders the breastplate he wears is beaten, worn and stained with blood and dirt. He lets out a loud fierce roar signaling he's ready for combat.

Horiss waited and stretched in the starting area, naked as the day he was born and slathered in blue warpaint.  He wasn't too worried about his lack of equipment, though he had a few new items that would have come in handy.  Still, a true warrior needed no weapons or armor.

Horiss moved north until he saw Rook, then paused when he saw his size.  It looked like a wrestling match was out of the question.  He was going to have to play this a bit more cautiously than he'd thought.  He stopped, readying himself for Rook to come closer.

As soon as he saw his opponent Rook went after him, though he had to laugh as his opponent moved away from him. Rook continued moving towards him, cornering him into his side of the arena.

Horiss couldn't help but smile as his fellow orc moved to corner him.  Perfect.  Now Rook was within arm's reach, and Horiss had the first strike.  He lashed out with two quick, hard kicks to Rook's midsection.

As the other orc moved in Rook took a swing of his own connecting with his opponent but taking a few hits of his own. Rook paused for only a split second and stared at the other orc. He looked extremely unhappy about getting kicked, and Rook's stare was one that could pierce into one's soul and make their blood run cold. With a final scream of rage he took another swing at the orc.
