Standard OCC thread.

Hi folks.  I've gotten a lot of submissions to look at already, so please bear with me on response time.

Okay folks, last call on character submissions.

I'll be taking them until tomorrow night, then I'll start deciding on the cast.

Someone just had a good question regarding the time period of the game.

The game will take place in 2003 just a few hours after the altered series finale.

My first episode post will be a quick recap of the final battle, jump ahead two or three hours and your characters begin making their appearances.

Your characters won't know the exact details of the final battle since it just happened.*  If your character already lives in Sunnydale or has been paying attention to what's been going on there, they will know the human population has abandoned the town since that happened a few episodes before the finale.

*The exception being if you want to play a canon but non regular character who was at the final battle, in which case you would be the sole survivor among the heroes.

I'm now going to begin looking at character stats submitted and start filling the cast slots.

I'm also still keeping the game open for players.  Several people have inquired about the game and/or asked about character ideas, but I've only received character stats from a few people.

Those of you who haven't sent character stats yet still have time to get them in.

And if you haven't RTJed yet, come on in, the red dot is still on.

Once I get at least one more suitable character, I'm probably going to get the game going.  Any characters after that can join us in progress.

I didn't specify, but Merry's in her early 20s.  Definitely college-aged.

I see no problem with any gaps in the character's ages due to the broad nature of the setting.   We can be in the high school one day, the college the next, or anywhere else.  We have the run of the town!!
