Characters will start at PL5 with 75 pp build. Once the character is completed, I will probably grant a bonus in a specific area I see fit based on the character's story. Due to the fact that there are nearly infinite possibly combinations, I am not going to say that something is or is not admissable. Please understand that I may comment on character sheets as they are being worked on and ask that certain aspects be reviewed if I believe a certain aspect could be overly abused/exploited (by you or me).

If you want to use a source other than the core book, please let me know so that i can check if I have access to it.
