In reply to Kree Quickshadow (msg #67):

Settles down and grins at Kree, Ah, nice to know Kree, Id hate to have to run into you protecting your friends. snic, glad your on our side.

Turns to Goseric, waiting to see who cleans up in the morning ahm your roll.

While waiting Clair turns to the group, for me and Goseric at least pauses to pet Snare for effect Once that duty is determined chuckles, we all can say our nightly prayers of thanks and dim the lights and get some shut eye.

Re: Campsite

Khorden enjoys the meat, though it'd go down right proper with a mug or three of ale.  The reduction, well he eats it but it's really not as appealing to him.  "If I'd a known we'd have our own house t' carry about, I'd have put in a few kegs of ale."

Gosric, grimacing at his earlier roll, looks to Lathander for some guidance.  C'mon, Morninglord, don't leave your truest servant looking stupid now!  He tosses the dice out.

09:38, Today: Gosric the Full rolled 7 using 1d20.

Re: Campsite

The night falls as Clair and Gosric play their game of chance as bedtime nears Kree sets the Wyvern Watch. all those who are armored doff their armor in order to actually sleep. The night is chilly but the animals and such outside are not a problem and the fire keeps the room warm. The night passes without further incident and the sun rises waking Kree first.

Re: Campsite

The elf   rearms himself, and  adjusts his cloak. he  tosses  a bit  of leftover wood on the  fire  to rekindle  then  steps outside, his bow in one hand, and his Balde in the other, lest there be something outside waiting.

He will take  a  trip into the trees, to make certin there is nothing lurking  about, when he returns he will carry a bit of  wood to add to the fire, for thier  moring  food, and warmed them before travel.

In reply to Kree Quickshadow (msg #72):

Knowing she rolled not so lucky last night (Goseric you won, lady luck must have shined on you!) Clair takes her time getting ready since she will have to clean up after everybody.

21:39, Today: Clair Brandywhine rolled 4 using 1d20. gaming roll.

Goseric, we can game again tomorrow night to see who cleans up.

She finishes cleaning up the place, goes and prays to her god for guidance and a fun and profitable adventure day for all.

Once done she keeps Snare next to her and moves outside, all clear I hear Kree, good, smiles once everybody is done with the hut for the day if you do not mind, you can shrink it if you like.

We off to the swamp now?

Bruga's eyes follow Clair as she cleans up. When it's time to sleep, he simply lies with his back to the fire. Snare may or may not find it pleasant to lie right nest to him.

Re: Campsite

The hut shrinks and hops back into the bag by itself. Kree will find a number of tracks around the campsite making him very happy that they slept inside consisting of what was likely 4 wolves, and 2 bears.

Clair pets Snare while looking at Bruga, I think as long as I am happy Snare is happy and it was nice you kept Snare warm last night sleeping next to him, he may get used to it. Smiles making nicey nice to Snare is a good thing, pets snare some more, right Snare my boy.

Looks to Kree, yes Kree, I think the hut will be a handy item to have on this trip though I am afraid Osk may want it back sooner then we like, gins.

Bruga smiles and (one hopes) scratches Snare behind the ears. Nice warm body and no fleas. Point the way. I think I should be in front; I'm light and I'll test things if it seems necessary.

Khorden, his armor in place, his gear stowed and upon his back, his blade at the ready, looks at the morning.  "Doesn't do much good standing 'bout jackin' ye jaws.  Let's get moving."

He'd lead the way, if only he knew what direction to go.

Kree smiles  slight  at Bruga, Senuviel or myself  should  take the lead...the other  rear guards...I am thinking ...you best serve with the Vangiard to Help Clair , incase  we are beset...if that happens we will need her spells  and such...."

Turning to Senuviel ..if you have  no clear choice...i will go , range ahead...if you think you would rather  be in the fore..I will await the groups  passage  and follow about  50 yards or  so behind.."

Clair chuckes, why Bruga you can hang out with me, Snare and Goseric in the middle.

<Blue>I thought we were heading to the swamp looking for the Live Toads, Live Newts
Bones of the Undead, not sure about the Porcupine Quills and I am sure we need to find a different place for the Hair from a dwarven baby and the Hair from a halfling childs foot.  The Bat Guano was in the caves beyond (points) and we can get the glass rods in town./Blue>?

Kree started to move in the direction of the swamp, he carried an arrow in the same  hand  as his bow, his  right hand  free to use either bow or blade,..aye...the swamp it is...get the dirty work done first..

moving   out, he will tey to pick the easiest path for the group until they come to  spots of water or fallen tries  and rocks, to begin the search for the frogs  and newts.

Re: Campsite

Gosric feigns a lack of concern about the animal tracks.  After all, he'll be sleeping indoors while the party is working for this wizard.  Once they get to the swamp, he leans down to catch some frogs.  Despite the filth involved, he can't help but enjoy himself.  It reminds him of childhood games, and he spends most of the time grinning to himself.  In the end, he manages to catch and hold two frogs.

13:39, Today: Gosric the Full rolled 2 using 1d10. Frogs.
