Letting Bruga do his job, Senuviel steps back a bit, nocks an arrow and stands ready.

Being not overly fond of missile weapons, Khorden remains near Senuviel and Kree with his blade in hand.  He peers about for any source of trouble.

ALerted by his keen elvish senses, Senuviel whispers to Kree. Something is amiss, friend. Let's be doubly careful.

Re: Docks: Warehouse 4-6

Bruga shades his head, shrugs his shoulders, and gestures with his arms out even as he says We're being watched from the roof of the warehouse we left, and I've found a secret door with a magical glyph...don't know what. We can leave and choose to return later maybe unobserved or do something about the door and expect company...or news of what we're doing anyway.  Whichever, act like I've reported nothing and move toward the outside door. This last is uncharacteristic, for Bruga is not one to give orders.

I would say, truigger the  door, if we are being watched, then people know  we are here. At least, if  we go in, we will get to see who  wants to...bother....us..

"In the defense of another course of action, if there are people here, there are probably no rats."

The cleric looks a bit nervous.

"In addition, we have severely depleted our magical resources. I fear this is a mistake... "

Looking  back to Gosric, then to Clair, he asks  quietly  do we go, or nay? If we are being watched, they will find us sooner or later. At best? they will pack up and leave, and we shall never find them...

Re: Docks: Warehouse 4-6

As he listens to the sound of the dart hitting Gosric, Senuviel turns and moves his eyes to find the shooter. The elven warrior/mage pulls the cord of his bow and shoots the stranger.

OOC: 10:42, Today: Senuviel Alantir rolled 7 using 1d10+2. Initiative roll.
10:45, Today: Senuviel Alantir rolled 8 using 1d20. To Hit with short bow.
10:46, Today: Senuviel Alantir rolled 9 using 1d20. To hit with short bow. Second shot.

Senuviel moves fast but is unable to find the target. Guessing the direction the elf shoots the arrow loose in the air. Cursing in elvish he then says to his comrades.

Take cover clerics! He then shows Kree the direction the dart came from. Let's finish this fellow, aye! The elf's warrior manners take precedence as Senuviel continue to shout some words in order to organize a defensive position. Bruga, if you have a missile weapon now's the time to use it, otherwise stay in the shadows and cover our backs. Khorden and Kennealy cover us and the clerics in case we're approached through melee. We have to break the ambush as soon as possible.

As the Dart hits Gosric, Keneally realizes that 'blindly focused' needs be added to the 'paranoid' tally with much of this group.  With a muttered, "Blast!" she reaches onto Argento for something.

Perhaps in panic, perhaps for a different reason all together; Gostric begins to swoon.

"Dammit, captured by slavers again?"

He attempts to follow Brandywhine, but his first step brings him to one knee, his second ends with him drooling on the ground, prostrate.

He didn't even get a chance to say 'told you so.'
