Re: The next day to the Gypsies camp

Being hit by the 1/2orc reminds Senuviel he can't let his fatigue take over, the elf adjusts his stance, spins over his left leg and using his shield as a decoy to hide his attack, he delivers a precise slashing hit on the 1/2 orc's torso cutting deeply both flesh and armor.

OOC: 23:58, Today: Senuviel Alantir rolled 9 using 1d8+1. Damage with Long Sword.

23:58, Today: Senuviel Alantir rolled 17 using 1d20. To hit with Long Sword. THAC0 18.

Now, that was a good hit. :)

In reply to Senuviel Alantir (msg # 87):

Senuviel, you slay your 1/2 Orc and then some - good hit.  you are 5 rounds away from the last known group position.

Bruga as you demonstrate the innate ability to fight the 1/2 Orc Thief takes advantage of that and turns and runs off but does call back, fool, do not follow or you will die.  you are not my target ... today  ans whistles very loudly as he disappears into the brush

Bruga you are 3 rounds away from the last know group position.  OOC - you have taken 10 hp damage and hurting you might want to use a dose of CLW potion.

Everyone else hears a shrill whistle off the the East
Maki, you distinctly hear what was crashing through the brush veer off to the East you think following that whistle.

Yenchew is alert but not talking - yet - though he recognizes Clair.

Re: The next day to the Gypsies camp

Senuviel takes a deep breath, cleans his sword on the orc's clothes and by the time he listens to the whistle he rolls his eyes, lowers his shoulders and angrily says to himself: What now! The warrior/mage disappears in the bushes running towards the source of the sound. Sword and shield at ready.

In reply to Maki (msg # 91):

Maki, Snare and Clair seem to be in the clear for what ever was stalking them has departed crashing through the brush.

Bruga, you hear crashing through the brush off to your one side then also from another way like two forces are converging on you.

The first one passes you rather quickly, the second one takes a few rounds to get to you - that is if you are staying put.

kree, you head back toward the groups last known position.  you think you may hear movement in the brush off to the one side.  But you are not sure.

In reply to Bruga Honeyfinder (msg # 95):

OOC Senuviel, ignore you no never could i do such a thing, you are one of the noises running at Bruga lol.

Bruga you hear movement about where you were 2 rounds ago, plus new movement also heading in that same general direction.  you do pop out near Maki, Snare and Clair who jump at your arrival.

Maki, Snare and Clair, Bruga pops out of the brush surprising you for a momoment - I assume Maki you do not attack him :)

Kree, you hear lighter movement in front of you heading in the same general direction as you.

Senuviel, you think you reach a spot where the brush and grass have been recently flattened, you notice a small amoun of fresh blood on the ground.  also you think you hear movement from slightly behind you heading at you.

"I don't know. You guys all ran off in different directions, and left me and Clair alone." Maki replied to Bruga.

"Well at least the guy those Orcs attacked is still alive." he added. "We could search those that we defeated, maybe there's some kind of clue who this guys are."
Although Maki relaxes a bit, he still holds his weapon and shield ready for any trouble.

In reply to Bruga Honeyfinder (msg # 101):

Senuviel, the sound/movement has shifted back you think possibly the way toward the groups last known position but it is off a bit yet.

Kree, you determine it will be about 2 more rounds maybe more before you get back to the groups last known position 9you did run off a bit far).

Bruga, Maki, Snare and Clair. you are not sure but you think you got em all, there were a total of about 28 cp 12 sp and nothing else.  There are no markings and such, they have on regular type stuff and equipment.

Yenchew shyly greats Clair and Bruga, pets snare whilst extending his hand to Maki, Yenchew, I er,  know these guys from some where I am sure but not really sure, I still am foggy over things other then that group of 1/2 Orcs were a hit mob out to kill me for double crossing the boss, but I cannot remember what I did?  Though - looks about, did not you have more in your group?

Maki nods to Yenchew "Two more are about. They went to chase the half orcs. I do hope your memory comes about. Probably after some good rest. You held your ground extremely well." He compliments the warrior.

Turning to Clair he asks her. "Where do you know this man from?"

Re: The next day to the Gypsies camp

In reply to Maki (msg # 106):

Clair responds, We meet in a strange place zapped in time looking for, no, chasing a slaver - really weird stuff.  the king and his council sent us on a wild goose chase i think, looking for a magic compass. It all is getting foggy wait, was that a dream, was I really there?  No  I think not, sigh, Bruga, help explain it.  I remember helping children and being with you all but it is all congealed together.  Yenchew was there but like in a book I read to the children.

Maki, strange magics were cast upon us, i think by imposters of the kings council.  i saw a floating boat in the end when we all came back together.  There were others but it is like a fog remembering them.

Yenchew stats, I meet Senuviel, Kree and Bruga in a separate phase in time, I worked for a slaver they where trying to catch while also searching for a magical item.  I was sucked into that phase by the slaver, who will remain nameless for now, to deal with his affairs but as you can tell I turned the cheek and was making my amends when the phase was broken.  I  found myself on this side of the time and chased by blood hunters the slaver employed to deal with folks like me.  They will be back once they find out I am alive still.

looks to Clair, yes soon my memory will fog over too and I will not recall things like they happened, if I live that long.

Re: The next day to the Gypsies camp

Yenchew! Senuviel smiles! No, we didn't. Somehow we got out of that hell hole empty handed. My guess is that our captors, the impostors, just got tired of their sick little game of rats in the maze. Senuviel says sarcastically. But tell us friend, how did you happen to be in our end of the rope?
