OOC:20:14, Today: Maki rolled 6 using 1d20. Bath time?

All but Yenchew make it across dry.  that is unless Bruga needed a bath.

On the other side the track continue on BUT it is darker - do you continue following them or find a spot to camp?

Clair reminds the group, those dear carcases on the other side will attract night time scavengers so we may want to continue a bit ??

 Kree  agrees,..it was my Thoughs, Clair.  We needed to see how close the orcs were..and we must put some  space between us and the  dead animals...we will go another  Hour or so....what creatures  come for the food, will be busy with those, any that come after us...well...with the Sister's luck, we can  fend them off...

Bruga, who can take a hint, takes his leave of the stream to walk on ahead. Before that, he says Give enough lead so I don't hear you. I'll come back to you from time to time.

  If  Kree is able to hear it, He will whistle to Sanuviel and point to the right side, and Kree will step into the Left side to try and close in on...whatever ..is making the noise.

Snare stops and goes low to the ground, Clair looks at the group with a worried look and Yenchew grits his teeth and pulls out his sword.

Senuviel nods at Kree and takes the right flank as he says to his companions: You heavy armored fellows wait here but be ready for our call in case things get grim.

Maki doesn't have to be told anything. Within a blink of an eye he already had his shield and longsword in hands.

He only nodded to Senuviel, and waited to see what would happen next.

Yenchew looks to Kree and senuviel, shakes his head.  maki will be too late if it is trouble, and with his long sword drawn moves out .

Clair waits a moment and follows with snare at her heals.

Kree and senuviel head out each on a flank.

The group hears another growl - which sounds like a bear off to the right a a bit up in a stand of trees but no movement until the group starts to approach when the group sees large bear standing over Bruga growling with it's paws in the air swiping the air around Bruga as Bruga slides to the side some.

Actons

  Using  his skills, he Brings up his Bow, aiming for an area, Just behind the bear..hoping the  the arrow of light will scare it away...should the Bear not  move..the second Arrow  will be  aimed of its  chest/back

 he calls Out   in Elvish,...Flee, my furry friend,else wise..death comes for you!

"The beasts of nature usualy retreat themselves when they hear a human aproach. Some noise should be sufficient!" Maki speaks quite loudly. then he bangs his sword a few times against his shield, and slowly he walks towards Bruga and the bear.

Yenchew circles toward the bears side he s retreating away from and Clair slowly moves up with Maki.

Snare does what all dogs do when they have to deal with a large creature - he charges it busting past Bruga snarling, barking and snapping at it's feet.

Who the bears eyes go wide with alarm then fear then madness.

Snare is smart enough to keep moving about as the bear ignores Bruga and swipes at Snare a few times.

Neither combatant is getting close enough to hit each other though surprisingly the bear is standing it's ground even with the added noise form the group and Yenchews circling move.

Actions:

Senuviel comes out of the bushes from behind the party:  Retreat very slowly, it's just a mom protecting its offspring. Very slowly, now. Kree or Claire, please, call snare, aye? The elf still keeps his sleep spell at ready, though.

  The Bow is twitching just a bit, Kree Fires a Glowing arrow  PAst the Bear into the trees, just as quickly another is nocked and ready....
