I add the bonus exp and usually regular exp but if you like to add your exp for the hill go far it. ANy one stuck at a exp # for a long time let me know so i can make sure you got exp I do not post exp often until stories get completed or bigger events happen.

Yup, everyone gets 222 exp and Bruga and Senuvilel get an extra 100 each. Adjust for any 10% modifiers.
