Re: The Golden Trumpet Inn
It had been a few days since Kree left the Village. It was the Bursting point of a few days of arguing and disagreement between Kree, His father and His Uncle. The Elder brother Fri just shook his head. Fri was in mind of defense rather then Offense, and he and Kree often butted heads when it came time to hunt slavers or bandits , orcs...or whatever was haunting the area around thier village.
Kree's Father, Krell. Gave Up, wished his son Luck, and let himgo...the elf was a good 500 yards away from the Village when his Uncle stepped onto the path...You are more then a bit Headstrong. You get that from your Mother..I am thinking... his smile was a bit sad as he spoke, Take this...it will serve you better then the one you carry now. I will take yours...it was mine, and your Grandfather's before me..gods only know how many foes it brought down...I will look forward to adding your Kills to the totem, when you return...
TAking the Blackwood bow, Kree handed over his own. He had seen Inthail use the bow, and was in awe that he held it in his hands, Thank you..Uncle..I...I will try to add to its glory...
Inthail gave his nephew a hug, Go now...make the RAzorhawk clan proud...and bear no ill will to your father, or brother. They have to think of the Village...its the yonger siblings...such as us..that make the foe atone for thier evil..aye.?"
Smiling, Kree nodded, Inthail face hardened just a bit as he added,Make them pay for the death of my sister...your Mother. And seek your sister if you are able...The rest of the Hunters will seek the same...
two days of running the forest, brought the elf to The Golden Trumpet. He was a bit tired and fancied a hot meal. All his trails ran cold, he needed to think on what to do now. Walking into to the Inn, he looked for a seat by the fire, But the Dwarven Locksmith already had it. He motioned to the server girl who smiled at her, he took a seat at a smaller table near the fire, but not close enough to bother the dwarf.
