The group continues on, the path twist and turns and at time it is difficult navigating a straight line toward the mountains and to what lays ahead.

the first day goes by smoothly with no encounters.   the group finds a nice place to rest.

I just need to take a roll call to make sure everyone is accounted for and still active after the break.   no worries if you miss he roll call but can call in later.  This is not a purge and as always, it is your adventure i am just DMing it :)

Senuviel walks around the campsite asking his friends whether they have items to be identified. Are you alright, people? Do you have any items to be identified?  Senuviel turns to Amarisa: How about we study those books tomorrow? He then turns to Kree: How are you going to do the watch? Pairs? Solo? I have spells to prepare so it would be nice if I get the very first or the very last watch. The elf then helps however he can in preparing the campsite.

Bruga ponders. A fire, I think. If it attracts something, that may be what we want. I can take any watch.

"We'll take care of watches as we always do. Don't worry Senuviel you'll get your beauty sleep." Maki replies and patts the mage on his back.
"We need to remain careful, a lot of strange things have happened lately, and i'm afraid most of them I didn't like at all. That goes double for our fallen comrads. It seems as lately evil is getting stronger and stronger."
