And so they march on toward the mountains
In reply to Bruga Honeyfinder (msg # 115):
Slavers story it is, trust me I do not know a lot from the past, just some of the stuff happening now.
There is a group of Orcs hooled up near here that we let stay if the behaived them selves due to the fact that they kept the other humaniods in check and we could keep an eye on them. Welpo they started working wit the humans and traficking but once we found out about it, we reduced there number and drove away the humans - or we thought.
There was another group of Orcs further away that the 1/2 Orcs were able to take over and strenghtin there numbers which kept up the trade heaviiy though we have beaten them back a bunch with some losses.
Now most of the villagers and farmers are made up of a mix lot of settlers, adventures and common folk so they have been able to keep at bay most activities until recently when the humans came back in force. Now we are hard pressed to control the lot. that is until they awakened a dragon oh now that is another story.
Oh, I foget one thing, there are two factions of religeion here, no offense to your preists but one church is lead by normal means and the other is lead by other means, not dark but different, unfortunetly my husband deals with thelater instead of the church folllowers but they have both been a good addition to the area heoping with godly support.
She smiles, and yes my husband is a Dwarf and he is mining a large vein of ore, we are not just above ground farmers.
So tell me more about this strange creature and the activities, strengths and so forth of the slavers you are dealing with, maybe they are connected.
