Christmas, Yule, Hanukkah is upon us, and I know that many of us will be busy spending time with our family and friends, and thus the games may slow, or you may feel guilty for not posting. Do not worry about it. I too as a DM will be busy visiting and celebrating, both Yule and Xmas and completely understand if you are unable to get onto Rpol.

I Am here, but currently have a broken computer. and a broke new computer ( purchased today and it doesnt work - Sigh so is going back ) I have limited use on my Other halfs computer right now.

Hopefully it will be fixed by this weekend and I can catch up on all that I owe !

Dec 1st is upon us, and with that, the holiday season. Normally I update either every 3 days or once a week, pending the game. Due to the holiday season, and everyone out with family and friends celebrating, I understand that things will slow down. I will post when necessary, but allow you all the time needed during the month of December. I am not saying, Don't post, I just don't want you to feel pressured with RPol and Having to keep your posts up

Just to let you all know. Your DM, being me, is getting married on June 15th. The next few weeks are going to be crazy busy for me prior to the wedding, but I will try and post as often as I can.

Then we will be away on our honeymoon from the 16 - 21  ( only a few days as I will have 18 year old dogs that we are taking with us, as I dont want to leave them for long )

I suspect the weekend of the 22 and 23rd will be when I catch up on things and we return to normal.

December 1st is upon us and I know Xmas is a busy time of year for everyone, so for the month of December, the game is switching to a post when you can, I know your busy mode.

I myself know I am going to be busy as I thought to myself, I know what I will give mom for Xmas, I will stay late at work and scan all her pictures of us growing up and digitize them. Ha ha ha ha. I am averaging about 80 / hour for scanning, and thats NOT cropping, straightening or colorizing / Editing. I have scanned 600, ( And edited 350 ) and estimated I have another, oooh, perhaps 2000 to scan ( At least ), and before Xmas ( Sigh )  Then I will be picking some and putting them to video

So alas,Rpol will be a secondary priority until I get that done. Sorry

I will still try and post in my spare time, just wanted you all to know, I have not left the game and will be back in full force in Jan !

All my games are on hold for a few weeks, due to the loss of my 19 year old little girl dog today. Havent felt like writing, due to her being sick, and trying to get her to eat, but I have been unsuccessful in this and so in a few hours,  I will be taking her to the vet for her final visit. I have spent the weekend cuddling instead of writing.


Also next Monday I go on holidays from the 21 - 28th.

Games will resume then.

Back, but not sure what I want to do with this game. There hasnt really been a game post since may.

It was quiet before, and don't want to close it down, but also realize I might be short on time with working extra and getting two new puppies.

Xmas is crazy, and I know thats pretty much the case for everyone. The last week for me has been nuts, working full time, then baked close to 20 dozen cookies. On top of two xmas parties already, and another 4 to go.

I will try to keep up, but will probably resume again ( like last year ) after Xmas.

Have been crazy busy with 2 jobs, and two new puppies. I don't remember them being this much work, but thinking back, they might have been and I have just tuned it out !
Then I still have my 19 1/2 year old male, who just keeps a puttering.

Anyhow, Not sure what to do with this game, was pretty quiet before, and my other three games are still moving slowly. Might just put this one and the fey one on hold. Definitely the fey one I think. The dragon one was moving faster then the Fey one before.

 Well, I'm happy to move along at the pace you feel comfortable with. We're not in any hurry, are we?

I am still around, so slow recently on RPOL.

yep, its been slow everywhere. That being said, got hit with a major sinus infection 5 ays after my trip. Been out of commission for two weeks. I NEVER want another one. It was brutal. Felt like my head, and ears were going to explode, couldnt walk for days without dizziness and white stars. Spent a week on the couch, hating life.

 Blech, here's hoping you're feeling a great deal better!

yep, feeling better now. 10 days of antibiotics 3 times a day and steroids to boost its effectiveness apparently seemed to help. Though its not all gone. Recheck on Mon, so we shall see

 Huzzah for the benefits of modern medicine!

Life is bascially been crazy.

We had a holiday to FW in mid \feb, then came home to work chaos.

We are trying to fix the house to go up for sale, having to build a new deck and fence, then paint them, as well as a whole bunch of other stuff, as we need to buy a new house, one We can move my business to, as that place is falling down ( as in, the septic field is collapsed,  so no laundry or flushing toilets, and the walls are filled with rat excrutiments, so it wont last there much longer ) nor will we.

In the middle of all that, for two weeks, it was touch and go with the puppies as apparently they got into steel wool and rat poison from our shed being left open, blocking their breathing passages and such. Once that as done, the old dog had a major stroke. All the Dogs are fine, but was a rough month. Still have to finish the deck and a few things, then house goes up for sale.

I suspect, buying a new place and setting up / moving shop will take some time, but I dont want to gve up on the game. I just need a bit more time. Once settled in a new place, or even having this one listed, ( Not doing work on it constantly- can say I am getting tired of it, seeing as I co own it, and I seem to be the one doing it ) I just want a break, so I can go back to normal life, which includes my writing and hula hooping ( which I havent had time for either )

House went up for sale, three days ago. already had 3 showings so crossing my fingers.

Also, lost my old man last Sat. 10 days shy of his 20th birthday. been a rough week. but we move forward. Hopefully soon, life will get back to normal

House still up for sale, no bites yet ! Have to say, having to keep the house Spotless is really a PAIN in the arse ! Not that my house isnt clean, but I Vacumme once a week normally, verses every second day now, that sort of thing.


but am going to try and get more writing in, Really miss it, as I discoverer this morning, when my two puppies got me up well before my alarm clock, and caught up on some writing before having to go to work.

I feel really bad, but life right now, is just far to crazy, with having to work full time, then be out of the house for the constant showings, entertaining the two puppys and on top of that, some witch stole my cat, so now am preparing for court on that frount. I havent even had time to hula hoop off my frustrations with my life right now, with all that's happening in it. I want to keep the games but I think they are going on a perma hold until this flipping house sells and I get settled in a new place ( where one of my jobs will move to, so NO driving time and possibly more writing time )

Getting sick off all the " lookie loo's " with NO offers. Gawd, I miss writing so much and I know my aggravation is just growing as the weeks pass, with no spare time, with everything so up in the air and just plain messed up. I have DND, raiding on Wow, and work, pretty much tying up all my evenings now.

Even work is against me.

I used to get off at 2 cause my partner worked, now, shes getting slower and slower, not wanting to be there.  I am doing 3/4 of the work, and we arent getting out till 330 ish. I then have to shower, change, eat and be out the door by 430 for work or 530 for dnd / or work in the evening. Just the other night, on thurs, my bad day of double jobs ( 720 - 330 - 5 - 9) my second job, which I get of at 9 kept me till 1020 Cause things were just too messed up, that they needed fixing. I pretty much lost it that night on the drive home.

I am sorry, I didnt mean to off load here I just wanted you all to know, you are NOT forgotten. Just on hold till I sell my house.

 Hey, we are the *perfect* people to unload upon. We don't know you in reality but we know you a little in fiction and we obviously like you well enough to stick around, so you get the catharsis of venting and we get to know you're at least sorta' okay. Hang in there!

Somethings gonna need to happen soon, cause, I am running low on steam. Id like t quite both my jobs, but cant, cause I have to buy a new house to put one of the jobs in to it. Maybee I should just move across the country, where no one knows me and I have no jobs that my loyalty keeps me at, despite being extremely unhappy

 Happiness isn't a paycheck, but it's easier to achieve with one. Friends too - I moved to the U.S. a couple of years ago and the combination of culture shock (this place is a nuthatch) and losing my friends at home was a major break - but in the end, one I seem to have handled. I guess you just have to come down to asking yourself what you want to be doing, compare it to your bank balamce (which latter step is why I'm not sailing around the world on a self-cleaning sex yacht) and figure out how to get there (aka: the tricky step).

Good luck with all of your issues. We all have our ups and downs.  Hopefully you will be stronger when you get though them and can look back at how you did it. But we are still here so don't worry and unload anytime you want.

I know how you feel, I tend to feel loyal to my good bosses and I have one now but I still applied for a new one that will pay more. Ultimately you have to think what is best for you and for family and your mental health.

Just an update

Hope you all are having a fantastic Holiday month.

Court date for the Cat is Jan 13 2016, though she is denying having my cat. Been heading out there a couple times a week to try and find her, but as she was feral whens he moved into my house, I suspect she has reverted and we arent going to.

Still working two jobs, with longer hours then I like. We brought in a " student " to help at the dog shop, with me having hopes that he could stay, but dog grooming is an art, and we are spending more time babysitting, so its sinking more time then normal.

My one night off has been filled with getting court papers, hunting for my cat, trying to keep my puppies entertained, and ultimately, just veging on the couch, wishing my house would sell so I could downsize hours

I just had to fix my cars Catalytic converter to the tune of very expensive ( 980 for just the part ) and now a rock just broke my windshield. Sigh, but thats not getting fixed till the summer, thats just the way it is.

On a positive note, the puppies are fantastic, though I miss my old dogs too. the German Sheppard from the upstairs tenant, love the pups so she comes down to play most days. I started swimming before work three days a week ( more time gone ) and in Jan have been asked to teach a dance through the ages dance class ( SCA dancers at war with SCA currently, apparently. I have been dreaming of selling my house and moving to the other side of the country where no one can find me, and where I can buy a house outright, and have time again....

Ah well, games still on hold until further notice, and while I would like to say I will try, my busy life doesnt look likes its going to slow until I sell this house. Move to a new one, move the grooming shop into it ( where I will have a computer while waiting for customers to pick up !!! that I can write on ) and no driving time, and then drop my second job, once we look at the budget.

Ok all !

Life has really been a roller coaster this past few years and I'm sorry, I have been absent and bad at even checking in. I really miss my writing and my hope, is that come Mid Sept, I will be starting again. I will give you a brief rundown of what my life has been, just to help you understand.

Well, as you all know, I was busy planning a wedding and indeed get married. Then all hell broke loose. Apparently I married a very self absorbed spoiled brat, but I didn't see it and things just escalated in a downward Spiral. He made me feel guilty when I wrote, he made me feel guilty when I hung with friends, or if he joined us, then He would leave before we were done, forcing me to. All he did was play his precious Vid games, while I managed everything else and I better not dare disturb that, or would get snapped at, or glared at.

I lost Gidget my old lady Dog in July, and Gadget a year later, in May, acquiring two puppies, one of which was to be his, but alas, he neglected it and so it became mine, along with his Bird.  So have two young, overly energetic pups turning 2 this year.

In Sept 2015, some stupid crazy cow stole my cat, claiming it was hers, and so I went to the police, as I had pics and witnesses. The police could apparently do nothing, and in order to get my cat back, had to take her to court. ( which takes forever apparently )

Come Jan, 2016, my Darling husband, moved in a nightmare of a trollop into MY house, into MY garage, WITHOUT asking me. I came home and she was in MY bed, in MY PJ's, and so essentially, things went downhill FAST there. That nightmare lived with us for 6 weeks, 6 week of hell, of which I lived in terror, she was going to burn my house down ( cannot eve begin to describe, the filthy, disgusting slob of a nightmare she was, she left ovens going, doors wide open in the winter, the bath water running for hours on HOT! Poisened my dogs, the garage stunk so bad, it burned your lungs to enter it. Destroyed my towels, bedding and other things and cause enough of a hydro spike, we were flagged for having a grow op )

She moved out Mar 1, after much fighting with my husband. A week Later, he moved in a cat killing German Sheppard without asking. I pretty much lost it as he had just wasted all the courts time, the lawyers times, cause now I couldn't bring my cat back ( court date was Apr 1 )

Also, it was agreed that I would list my house, Apr 1, and sell it so we could by a house together ( boy, was I stupid ) and thats NOW not happening

Anyhow, I freaked on him a week after that Sheppard moved in, pissing all over my house, and destroying my puppies toys. He packed his bags and moved out while I was at work the next day, told me via text, and I haven't heard from him since. Hes got me on block and ignore, saying I was the unreasonable one. Left all his crap here for me to deal with too cause " he didnt want to "

I have come to realize in the 12 weeks he has been gone, that He was really despicable and nasty and I was Sooo blind to it.  I have so much more peace now, though I would love to smash his head in with a cast iron frying pan !

Now, my listed house did sell in 2 days !!! ( akk ) and so I have to be out July 15th. I will be floating for 17 days with no computer. I move into my New place I bought Aug 3, but will be busy painting, and unpacking and organizing it. Come Last week in Aug, first week Sept, its Faerieworlds, then after that, I have a Friend from Denmark visiting for a week.

Now, thats a LONG post to say I really miss my writing, and I am going to be reevaluating my life, setting myself back on course for me and my pups, and get back to it. ( But Not till Sept !! )

So for any who are still here. I know its been an Age, I thank you, and will look at restarting this fall !!

So, no my life is not anywhere near as chaotic as yours, nor do I think anyone's should be.

The one thing that makes me wonder is if you both had homes that you lived in (a presumption about why you would need to merge them) how is it yours is the one that all the chaos got moved into?

 Likewise, all I can say is: Damn! Way to put our troubles in perspective! I can only hope that you find things continuing to improve for you, you certainly have my best wishes.

No Isk, to clarify

I had the house I am in currently before I met my husband. He rented and came into this relationship with nothing but a bed, his clothes, a computer, his desk and chair and a box full of dishes. I asked him for 2 years to save for his share of the down payment, so that we could buy the house together that he was pushing for, cause this house " wasnt his " and yet, after 2 years, his balance was 0.

He wanted me to put the " new " house is HIS name, with MY deposit to get the first time buyers, and I actually stupidly considered that.  ( cause this is my second house, I dont qualify for first time buyers )

I was constantly reminded how it " Wasnt " his house, so why should he help out with it. I should have seen it then. I should have seen it when he admitted a MONTH before our wedding, that he was still Married !!! But I didnt. I tried to be understanding

and so while the pretty wedding was in June, we were not officially married till Sept when the legal divorce papers came through.

anyhow, He is GONE ! I have bought my third and last house, and am moving forward, which once I am in my new place, unpacked and settled, I can write again

I just got home and the wretched child from upstairs has gone through my packed boxes and stolen a large box of stuff.

I called mom and she admitted to it, stealing my 300 dollar windstone limited edition dragon and replacing it with a rabbit and a " few books "

It was HALF a large box of stuff she stole. I asked her where my crystals were and suddenly she remembered where they were and came down with them.

SO now I wont know whats actually stolen till I UNPACK everything I have packed and put it back where it belongs !!

I just dont get how granting them a favour of storing their stuff in half the garage has given me !
