Sam quietly offered Slick his choice of vanilla snack cake or Red Jello,
 and her mouth smiled sweetly for him, but her eyes had worry in them.

He reaches out and takes the cake, smiling , he lets her know she's  doing a good job, not to worry. Talking with her abiut how fast her dad will be back home is because of her helping and hiw important it is .
  Sitting and visiting with  them both for almost an hour , they laugh, chat, and basically enjoy each others company.

Not talking about the last mission in overtly comments, Slick lets Ajax know about the mission, and that he will guve him more imformatuon later when he's  at home.

  Exusing himself for a trip to the head, Slick goes out and on the return trip to bedside he stops at the teg on duty. I've  a query for you, i wanted to talk to someone about some field tyoe medic training for myself. Is there anuthing, or anyway i can get involved into some kind of class? I just eant to be able to  do more than first aid. Just incase its a time crunch before a medic can get to our location. Anything available?

Carmen walked in limping and sat down at an exam table. Knowing the doc had worse patients it would likely be a while before they got around to her. She decided to take off her nasty blood soaked clothing and at least clean herself up a bit while she waits to be seen. Afterward she throws on a gown and trashes her messed up clothing.

I also had a COM  before i came In, the three people from the ship you were on stopped by..they left some  gear in the  waiting area..and said  for you to meet them on the Rec Dec. the whole while he   talked ne Foamed the  inside of the wound , after  adding  an anti-infection drop or two... the   waited    and   sprayed the Derma-plast over top.... no running? no lifting or Climbing, keep  your walks  slow, by about this time tomorrow, you should be able to run lightly...

 he slides open the curtain and waves to the Lobby area  and a  Guardian brings the gear that Captain Murpey  drooped off...if you do not have  clothing in the bag,in those drawers are Hermes Jumpsuits we give to people we rescue from our enemies, it could serve you, until you get regular clothing

  The others  hard handled  Much the same way..Jesses is sent off with her  arm in a sling, having to wait 12  hours  before she can Move it.

 Ick is patched up and sent on his  merry way with Instructions  not to do anything too hard for the next 12 hours

  Hunter is  taken care of in much the same Manner, save he has to use crutches for 12 hours  for his calf muscles to mend, and no running for 24 hours.

 others  with nicks and scratches  are  checked, Med techs  run out the door with a Hover  carts to   get the wounded , incoming from the Scarecrow.

After getting fixed up she goes out to the lobby and opens the bag. She sees her colt 45 laying on top ant thinks thank you godFinding everything but her extra speed loader rounds and her jacket she begins dressing.

She wasn't showing off but at the same time didn't really care who may be present while she changed. Once dressed she holstered her 45 and steel batons and made her way to the rec deck.

Attending to the variety of casualties as determined by wound severity Ominarah doesn't concern herself with the actual number contenting herself with the task at hand. Assessing treating and advising each in turn until the job is finished.

Raja had assisted Melia as much as she would allow him to, or helped move the other wounded,
on the way in to Med Lab.   (Ignoring the delicious human aromas)
When Melia was getting prepped he moved off to be out of the way.

Stefi, herself, works on Melia.

Raja joined beside his mentor Hunter, nodding to him in a slight bow of respect.
"Melia wasss excshellent field leader. And Raja alsso isss in her debt for asssisssting with tail ssurgeriess." 
The broadly built largran kept his long tounge in his mouth, and concentrated on keeping his tail still, rather than allowing it to lash in agitation.

  After spending more time with Ajax and Sam, Slick gives his regards and heads to the Rec Deck for the after party and send off.
  You get better you hear me? Riley is a welcomed addition, but he doesn't know Liberty. Sam, you take care of him, and if he doesn't do what you tell him to do, Because of what the Doctors tell him, you get the med techs to comm me or Mr. Garrat, Okay? And I mean it, you comm me, and if I can, i'll be here to help[ hold him down for the shots, okay?
  He shakes Ajax's hand and gives a reassuring pay on the shoulder to Sam.

  Stefi  is puling off  Gloves  and Taking off her LAb Coat, Both Her and Hawkeye  do well,  we have a damn good crew of Med techs On board this  Vessel, Omin works  extra  shifts... But. Melia  was wounded, and  she  should be gearing  down and ;letting it heal.

Hawkeye enters on a mission. "Give him 2 units of blood, get him intubated and prepped.  I want full scans by the time I get in there, I want him on a bacckboard with a second so we can turn him once his chest has been closed. Lets move people death doesn't take a holiday and neither do we." Her armor is quickly shucked and tossed in her locker, a surgical apron is donned, as her uniform under is soaked through with O'Higgin's blood. Coming out she looks at the scans as one of the techs pulls her gloves on, "I don't like that pulse injury near his spine, we're going to work on that last." she says to the med tech assisting her. Directing her attention to O'Higgins "This is going to take a while hope you didn't have plans later," she says to the unconscious patient, taking a deep breath. "Scalpel." She calls as the implement is popped into her hand firmly. She sets to work, focusing on removing bits of shrapnel and debris, along with embedded rounds from the various weapons discharged at the Hillite leadership. She is carefully to move O'Higgins as little as possible to avoid potentially damaging his spine any more than may have already happened. "Suction." She calls clamping off a persistent bleeder, and the searching the area for the offending fragment. As she removes bits of metal, she also repairs damaged tissue plugging holes in arteries and veins, reconnecting muscles, and reconstructing where necessary. As she finishes she does a resection and sterilization of the abdomen to remove a part of the small intestine that had been nicked by a round. Once complete she decides to close using dermafoam to fill the wounds, and then dermaplast to seal the surface.

Wrapping the freshly treated injuries she directs the medtechs to place the second backboard on the front of O'Higgins strapping him to both boards like a sandwich. Once secured she has the medtechs carefully flip the patient over taking care not to further  cause his body to shift. After flipping they carefully remove the board on his back allowing Hawkeye to carefully clean the injury, she can already see the effects of the serum Garrat had allowed her to use. More offset than the original scan had displayed, she is able to easily clean the wound, and treat it with little issue. She drops the forceps on the tray calling for dermafoam and gauze to close the back injury. Due to the fact that spinal damage had been avoided, O'Higgins takes another turn in the back boards and his chest injuries get re-examined before getting sent to the recovery ward, with orders for heavy antibiotics and hourly reports.

After O'Higgins had been taken out Hawkeye leans against the wall taking off her gloves and mask taking a deep breath. It felt like she'd spent the last two weeks at work without a break. She checks a wall clock, and realized she'd been in surgery for nearly three hours. "If there's no one else to be treated, finish clean up and get some rest." she directs the techs who were already starting to reset trays and clean. She heads out into the main medlab area to check on the status of things.

  Its  pretty quiet, Stefi  was talkignto Hunter, as she left Raja  began to speak to him in a hushed tone.

 all was left was a pair of Guardians  by the door and  the   younger Med Techs  cleaning  up the stalls  and such.

Melia enters and is cared for by Stefi, "Just a light patch is all, save the good stuff for those that need it. I heal really fast ma'am." She says as Stefi works on her shoulder. She sits patiently until released, declines painkillers, and heads over to Hunter and Raja. "All better, I'm heading over to Dr. Christie's lab to pick up Orria. I'll write up a report tonight after she's asleep."

Shucking the surgical garb Hawkeye nods to Stefi, "I should go and see Garrat. We need to finish a discussion we were having. I'll have my comm on." She nods to Hunter and Raja, as she heads out fatigue written all over her face. She sends out two coms as she heads out the door,

Garrat: "I'm headed to the Observation deck to clear my head, if you wish to talk still please let me know."


Rolf: "I just wrapped up in the OR, didn't get hurt myself. Wanted to check on you. I'll be on the observation deck clearing my head."

Melia nods, "I'll be able to use it by tomorrow healed completely by the end of the next day. One of the very few and rare good things I got from... my stay... with the demons was the ability to recover from injuries very quickly." She says adjusting the sling, only because Stefi told her to wear it. "We should take more care, though there's only so much you can do. Come on, let's get moving before I get put to work." She says heading for the door, and towards Dr. Christie's lab.

  a Nurse  Comes in and  sends  Sam out of the room for a bit. She checks on Ajax, for  Infections and  see who the   healing is going.

 After a few minutes she says  to him, without looking up as if she feels she's being watched...tomorrow Night, you will be discharged and sent to Your  quarters in the Civie section.....this....does not  mean we will see you walking...any form of relapse will send you to the  Sparrow and then, most likely  , EArth.....

 ...your insides  are healing   a bit slower then the outsides...which , is  normal for a case like this.... we will give you a med-pac  and instructions on how to take your Meds... and there will be a Med tech come see you in the Moring , each day...something goes  wrong, the Best we can do  for you, is make sure  Sam  goes to EArth with you.. we won't  talk about the worst..... she  straightens Up as she  packs  her   tools,...do we understand?
