Interview was intense one professor really liked me, not sure on the other hopefully I'll hear good news in the next few weeks.

well?   The one  the liked you is  good, now the one, you are  sure of, only has to look at your body of work.

I recall the interview to get onto my PhD... they grilled me quite hard, even though I'm university staff and had been working closely with one of them, felt quite small when I left the room... then they wrote me up as an excellent and well-prepared candidate!

Here's hoping your lot have seen your brilliance and fall over themselves to accept you.

   I am sure you folks have noted , that I  condensed  some posts on the Rec dec ( any thread  really) to  answering  more then one character's posts. This helps  cut  down on Post counts, so  others  aren't  buried...

  even at this,   you may find a long list  from when you posted last, and when an answer came up.

  I am sure you know, that I , almost always  answer a post, unless it looks  like the character might be  'out of range', or I am waiting for an addition to whatever  they posted last.

 This  is part of what an active  game is, and helps fill out the   game and characters  a bit more.

  when picking  a portrait for Shadow, I wasn't happy with the first one.

  then I came upon this  guy, I never  watched too may  episodes  of  the show, because it always  conflicted with something else I watched... the  first few I watched, was because it came on after a show I had been watching ( smallville?)

  Anyway..this  guy became  Shadow's face, the    times I did  see the show, I liked his mannerisms..if I could get a movie  dead  for this game?..he'd be my pick for Shadow.

Interesting, I never had an image for shadow.  There was a song that kept coming to mind though.  I'm not sure how  well it applies though.  Probably not at all.

I'm going to be a little slow posting today, had a friend go into the foreign service so we threw him a going away party last night.

  I modeled    Shadow, a little after myself ( though i'm not even within hailing distance of him)..but  a lot of his personality is mine.

 There are a few actors  that have the  Mannerisms ( Half  smile, eye movements ) but this  guy is pretty close. I'd Like to see him as a  Pilot hero in a scifi movie

 Hey Folks...

  We all know that Spartan and his Son were having Med issues.I was in his game, and it was put on hold until he  could get back.

  there was a Notice  in his game, and i recived a PM here..that the account he used wasn't his?...I dunno ..all I know that the Admins locked out his game and will delete it....and they took him from this game and transferred the  character to the GM.

  Its a damn sad  way  for him to go, we'll never know how he is faring now, unless he  rejoins with his own account.

 As  for  this game, I'll have to see what we  do with Spartan and the Scarecrow.

In the emergency room again.  Talk when I can.
