  The She Points  at Shadow,Shade  keeps  hacking my Vid streams, and   hijacking the  Gun Cams.... You better talk with him!

 The Shuttle Landed softly, the Top Bubble  shattered, but the twin 50s staring  out defiantly ... as the Ramp  CAme  down, Hodden and Minnet were   hustled away

 the SEC  took the   survivors as well as Lila and Ayda to Med tech. The rest  handed in their  weapons  or  went to the Black Hanger to unload.

  Si seemed to handle the wait well, as  Hack returned from the Black hanger, Limping a bit.Admiral..  she said  stiffly, as  she eyed his wound.This is Ensign Gao Xue Zi...fighter  pilot  from the Tibet..she seems to be an Orphan, at the Moment

 Hack Nodded, the nager that seethed inside  him was  ebbing a bit as he  acknowledge  Si with a nod...but  turned to  Shadow,...Lyri?

 Stefi  is working on her  now... she didn't look good...but  Lyri is pretty tough...

 ..I'm Gonna go check.....   Beth scurried  away he  feet  slapping on the  metal dec plates.

  Hack grimaced a bit, but forced a smile,Well  Ensign  Zi?...you are  either lucky...or  unlucky... our  last action has...trimmed  alot of the ships, of thier pilots...You want to fight?    we'll give you a berth here... if not, we'll send you to the delta  Colonies... they need  Home Defense Pilots there....

Gao nodded " Yes I do not want to be making any trouble." She says with a slight smile and walks along with Shadow. Once more she stays a bit silent listening to the conversation between Shadow and another pilot. She was the junior here so she stayed to the side.

When she was introduced to the Admiral, Gao bows. "Yes Sir, I am looking to fight. I did not come out here to hide in the secondary lines. I want to  be on the front." She says standing stiff.

     You will Go with CApt Morris then, we'll need help getting your records, to add to the data Base... If  So we'll get Beth to pull them up...she's....good at that. There was a  slight  smile as he said that.

  The Older  Black man put his  cup on the  Orderly's tray,Come  with me  Ensign... we shall get you squared away....

 Shadow    added,I'm Going to check on Lyri, then see who Shade is doing.

 Si spoke up,..Good, between the Both of us, we  will ensure  Oliver gets to Med tech...

 Hack  frowned, and the Three headed to the Med Tech.


 Rivets bent a little and said to Gao,... You get assigned  an Aircraft... Come see me and  we'll let you  give her the once over....

 Once   Rivets was done, Morris   made a simple 'follow me ' Gesture, and began to Hobble   towards  his shed,  his  cane  tapping the dec plates.

Henry returned his weapons and armour and headed down to his office.

   After the shuttle  Landed, the   Mronignstar and the fighters  were given  the OK  to Land.

 By the time the   aircraft landed, Rivets  crew were already cleaning up the top  Bubble  and  taking off the 50's   so they can install a new  top  bubble.

  frans   , Eckles  and the rest went to hand in their  Gun cam discs.

Gap bowed lightly to the Admiral once more " Thank you, Sir."   She then turned to Morris and nodded. " Yes I do need to start getting settled in." she said trying to be a bit upbeat.  Gap then looked to Ruvets as he spoke. She gave a small smile "I look forward to going over a fighter with you. Thank you." then she follows Morris as he motions for her to follow.

" This place seems to be living up with everyone coming back."

    Frans  and the Others gave  Gao a smile,we're going up to the Rec Dec as soon as we  change,.. You want to come up?  we'll stand you a Drink and a meal.... more folks hang out there then the OC...  and we do have a  club, right  next to the OC, called ...The Pulse... Its  as close to a bar as you'er going to get on the ship

  Morris Took out  Gao's  copy disc  to add to the rack of  Pilot's discs he had  near his deck. Perhaps it was a Statement, of the  coldness of war...As Morris   pulled  at name from a disc  Spot,replacing it with GAo's  NAme.

..You will be flying the #108 Hammer Va.... It was  in M  flight, we're moving it to Shadow's  B Flight.... the rest of B Flight has Darts... We are Placing Wills in M Flight  for now, and he'll take his Dart with him... things  work out for you, you may find your self in a different  Flight, and ? Maybe  Get a Dart down the road.... anytime we get a new dart, the Vet pilots  will get it... if everyone's Darts  are in good shape? then we start replacing   Hammer Va s

 It will Take  Rivets and his  people about an Hour or so to Move your Aircraft to Shadow's Flight line, and  Wills' aircraft to  M Flight's berths... so.... here is your  Quarters , You'll have  quarters on the Officers Dec... a bit smaller then Higher  Officers, but  better then one should think! he  smiled at his  joke, and handed her a printed page,Use this    PIN to set up your Bio-scan lock?... by the time your reach  quarters, Your NAme should be on the keep pad  display.... Just follow the  markings on  the  ship.  You get a stipend for  two sets of  Off duty  Uniforms, One  flight  suit, one dress uniform..any Civie clothing, you'll have to get on the station, or in the  civie shops   on the  concourse above the field.....

 Looking at he r  uniform he says, Standard ESN Uniform rules.... You'll have to wear ESN Colors. You are permitted  to wear you flag , as long  as the  ESN Flag  is on the proper shoulder, and the APF Flag is above   your country flag on your the other shoulder... in the End? we're supposed to be one Fleet...one group..fighting  for earth.. smiling Sadly  he adds,...at least? That's what the Admiral wants.

Gao found it strange that they would have a club on a military vessel but she supposed this is what it was like aboard a mixed nation vessel. "Oh, yes I will come up. It sounds like a good place to meet everyone and to find how to best fit in." She says with a light smile. Gao was slightly surprised by how friendly everyone was but it was very refreshing as well.

Next Gao listened intently to Morris as he filled her in on her duty station. "Well at least I will be familiar with the Hammer's controls. I will do my best to prove myself and bring the B flight back up to fully Darts."   Gao did not seem to get Morris's joke about the officer quarters and just let it slide with a polite smile. She takes the paper and looks it over as Morris goes on telling her about her new living arrangements.

She nods in agreement as Morris finishes up. "Yes one fleet. I will get the uniforms modded up as soon as I can." She says thinking a little. "Well I guess I will go and look at my quarters and um take a shower.. it has been a little while..." She said trailing off.

  Morris  gives a   bit of a polite  smile ,offering his hand, Very well.... You might  start with the QMs and Draw a sidearm and some form of Bootknife..the Regs say you need a sidearm and bootknife, though....those  rules have been tested, as to what a 'boot knife'...is with in consideration...

 welcome aboard...SEC now has Your  chip scan now, So they cancome with in a reasonable guess , where you are.... you wil be sent a COM, or COM  text when your fighter is ready..oh?..Bloody 9 hells..make sure you pick up your  COM at the  QMs  as well...Welcome  aboard...

Gao shakes his hand. "Ok I will stop by the QMs on the way to my quarters then um I'll go and look at this club they were talking about. Thank you for the welcome aboard." Gao gives him a small bow and then departs to find the QM...

   as  he makes his way to the Med tech,.. There's a good  Bet we'll be on  our Next Jump off , when they get the Saladin space worthy... If   we are in the docks when they are  ready to take it out, i will consider putting some of us aboard.

   The Shuttles were getting prepared,  The Duce of Clubs was  pulled to the rear, as the worked on replacing the   top Bubble and patched  up the  nose and  port side.

   The mech tech were working, but the didn't seem as  urgent, just now. As  Morgan watched over,  here, and lent  a hand there.

   Rivets watched  as the  Dart from  B flight , and its  owner   were  swapped to  M flight, while  the newest Hammer Va, was  settled into a B-Flight berth  and the  crew stenciled a new  pilot's name under the cockpit.

 Vets  knew   they were getting ready, Hack had made no secret that the  fleet was Going out  again.. the  only question was were...and how deep.

Hawkeye stepped back onto the Hanger Deck from Everest with Rolf taking in the preparations. She could hardly see any signs of the previously streamed conflict aboard the ship, granted it had been limited to a boarding action not a major space battle. She gives Rolf a quick kiss before rushing to drop her bag off at her quarters and into the Medlab, she has no doubt Rolf wouldn't be far behind to check on his soldiers and get cleared for what was obviously an upcoming operation.

   Dallying  a bit, Rolf  talks  to   Rivets,  and  a Few Moments later, to  Morris, to get an idea  what happened  and the what  the  cost was.

  Morris had  Met him back at the entrance  ramp while they watched  the cargo shuttles going back and Forth to  Everest as they unloaded  Cargo and  Tubes

 St Gaul already had  maintenance crews  setting  up, as they  began to clean and  Fix the  ship... money getting spit up among the boarding  crew and the Delta Fleet..

 The Saladin would be added to the Beta  Fleet  warships..St Gaul was on a mIssion to get it  ready before Delta fleets' next operation...

 Even as they spoke, any one who was watching Vids  from local news.. or happed to be looking out   windows and such saw  flashes of  Light  as  the  Main Body of the Delta  Fleet came Cruising  into Everetest Space..

  If there was  any doubt that Hack was dropping the full hammer,  Athena was leading the Fleet in, The Harvester  meeting with the EMS ships  to lead them in as well...

 there were a few more   Sanri and Occui ships with them, as well as  4 transports each...in the Middle of the  Main fleet nestles the rest of the Med tech ships  surrounded  by Transport/bases.

  Rolf  watched before saying,well?...I'm gonna check on me LAds....this  don't look like  no Pirate Hunt...

  Morris  Puffed on an Old  pipe, making sure  smoke  went out the  door to the  ramp,No...indeed... There is  something Big about to happen..but is  suppose  we'll find out  when  the Admiral wants us to know...

 There was a PAt on the back to Morris and a Nod to Rivets  as he walks away.

 Rivets shook his head,I know  we have ships   back home  in Fuji.... But if all these are coming here... who is blockading  the Hillites? then he wrinkles his nose,and  why do you smoke that stuff? smells  like  you burned a cherry pie....

 Morris  blew a spoke  ring or two, then  pointed, with the pipe to the incoming Delta Fleet,..can't  confirm for sure... but from the  COM traffic, we have   Occui and Sanri  Blockading the  Hillite system... they aren't real keen on excuses.. so its  one hail, and the ship goes  down, or gets boarded...  Etna and the Alpha fleet has  stepped up patrols and are  crossing, across the  Triad Triangle, with the purpose  of  cruising  past the Nivarains   and  Knocking of  pirate  traffic...and trying to capture  any Nivarian ships that either  run, or  fight....every one of there  ships they do not have. makes  them weaker  for when we collapse the triangle on them... then he  nods to Rivets,..I might  ask why you chew on those things....Cigars were meant to be smoked?

 Rivets  took the stub out of his mouth and looked at it , then to Morris, and they both chuckled.

   Hover Jacks Moved  with speed and purpose...Orange  suited  grounds  crow  were dropping of  crates of HArd Ammo at each berth for the Fighters.

  some of the fighters   had grounds  crew crawling all over them, double  checking   bolts . making sure Pulse  and LAzar Barrels  were clear... and, ( depending on the make) hand the  Nose   plates opened as they  test the spin of the Gattling Cannons ..or  cannon.

   B-Flight  Pilots were beginning to show  up by the Aircraft..waiting Fro Shadow  to arrive  for  a...sweep of the area.

  Kat, Flores, Waggles and Norwood  waited.... they were taking  among  themselves  as  Rivets   watched over the   grounds  crew  who were getting them ready to take off.

  Shadow walked   over to the  B-flight  Berths  and  talked to Vinnie  as he   cranked the plate were the GAtling Cannons, ammo belts were  accesses.

    he called the  Crew chief on the shoulder, waved the others to the Coffee Machine  and began to fix himself a cup. Grabbing a Doughnut, he    waited for the other Pilots  to  take  what they wanted.

  Alright, thatnks  for  showing   up... we have  40 minutes  from the time  I clear the static  field. to return......we are purposely  heading  into the  Triad Triangle, to see if  we can find a stray Nivarian  ship, or  scouts..or ..well..anything , not  ESN/APF... If we make contact... our  flight  time is dropped, and we come home  when we're  done..otherwise, we need  to  be back in 40 minutes.... I don't see Kase, so he  might  still be  sick...so?..we  go with what we got.

  If  we  find  anything, and a signal for a break  Kat  will break off with Norwoord  and Waggles.... Me, Gao and Flores  will be the other   group.

 when we get agout  10 minutes out?..push your  ships... make a note of anything that doesn't  sound  right..and remember, since  we tapped the  Buoys at  The Line...no bad  guys  can see us on thier HUDS or screens..least ways..until some   Empire Tech figures out what's going on

   One  by  One  B-Flight's   Aircraft  had their  panels shut and locked  down, Powecells  checked once  more  as the Pilots  finished their  Coffee

Gao arrived thirty minutes before the briefing and before that she had gone to her am fighter to look it over and do a walk through. She nodded to some of the other pilots that she had met and waited at her seat looking over tech specs of her fighter. Gal did not partake in the refreshments provided but She did have a cup of hot tea.

She nodded as Shadow called her out as part of his flight.

  Shadow calls out to the Pilots,Mount up..... lets do some flying... follow according to your Berth.... meet me about 5 miles  above the Hermes.

   he Climbed up on his  wing, Vinnie  tossing him his helmet and  sat down... the lights   came on ,Vengeance ...#19.. hovered a few feet of the ground  as she   slowly spun to face the Static field...taxing up, Shadow waited for the Dec Boss  to nod to him, he saluted and   sliiped out through the  static  field,after burners  coming on as she  shot up into The Black..

 Flores followed, Then Cat, Then  Norwoord, and Waggles.. Gao was  next....

Gao heads to her Hammerhead and once she is in the cockpit she goes through the preflight checks and then is ready to depart. She waited watching the other fighters take off as she waited for her turn. Then it was her turn. Gap pressed forward on the throttle and rocketed out into space! Free! She was free! This is how she felt everytie she was in the cockpit. This was her world and she could do anything in it.

Bo swings by Morris's hut to see if he can pick up patrol time on one of the fighters. "Any units going out that need an extra pilot sir?"  Bo was a little antsy for some reason after the assault mission.  He felt a need to be out in the dark where he could focus his thoughts on simply flying.

  Morris Looked up from his   papers , there were some Gun Cam vids he was going over  from Everest's fighters.

  Well?.. if you'er  ready to go, Shadow took out Volunteers  from his  flight to shake  down the new pilot...you take take a pool aircraft out ...HAmmer Va if you want to try and  catch up?..otherwise  you can take a few swings  around the Station  to ..um...'check out'  the readiness of the  back up craft?
