from there  places  around the  Deadly Song, they  could see the  shuttles   fire  off.. the distance  towards the Hermes   wasn't  far enough to  get  down to Help them.

  from  the Pilots  point of view  it Looked like the Hermes   was  hit  by 9  Torpedos….. How e swooped down towards them, he they would only count  as  Ground  targets  now... but he  fired  at two of the    shuttles that impacted      the lower   decks. where the Civie  sections  are.

  The  two   Shuttle   blew    , Vampics sucked out into the  Black.. but the other  7  Rammed,  with Vampic  beginning to   cut through.. 3    Shuttles,  hit into the hanger  dec   area..   Two by the Bridge.

..Transportbases.. we  need s  drop shuttle or  to  at the Hermes... go through Hold  doors  or landing pad  on the spine.

Zob turned to Mortica and gave her a nod and once everyone was ready to move forward he would watch their backs his demon heavy pulse at the ready so far he was a bit disappointed with the lack of killing vampics but he kept that thought to himself as he kept his eyes open.

Kira overheard what Lirg had said and she hoped they would charge soon, just so they could kill them and get this over with, she fired a slew of rounds from her mech heavy pulse gun arm downrange in the general direction of the Vampics.

Roy nodded to Hemsly, and gestured for the Scot to take his place on the rope, as Roy slipped into his anchor position.  "Okay, Larry...we're gonna lift you...you'll swing out over the shaft, and then we'll lower you down.  Just relax and let us do the work, okay?"  Double-checking his grasp on the line, he nodded, and said, softly, "Lift on three...one, two, three..."

He leaned back on the line, using his body weight as well as pushing with his legs to take as much line as he could.  He was quite certain that, alone, he wouldn't lift the larg...but with the other two helping, he was pretty sure they could manage it.

Now was when they found out, however...

  Larry  , very slowly, swayed over the shaft.. he looked  around, forlornly , as he  began to go  down.., the Three  folks  on the   Rope ..none  were   remotely in the realm of  'heavy"..  had to struggle   with the  Beastie   as   his  tail drooped  and he   vanished into the Shaft.

At the Bottom of the shaft Shade Looked up a bit  worried  as LArry  grew bigger  and Bigger .. he bleeped  and  shook his head.

 In the    intersection.. Lirg  Fired  once  more.....That one  was   going to give a  signal..i think..they come  now...

   two breaths later...  a wall of   helmet lights  from the  semi-darkness , amidships  began to dance  and Bob..it was then, Lirg says,..they come!

  Rolfe held  off his  fire  as he stood  next to Lirg, so he   could    Pump  rounds down range...

Next up was Shade. Melia moved quickly reeling him into the landing and unclipping pushing him clear of the ledge.

Finally it was Larry's turn,  Shade beeps a little, and for a moment Melia wishes Orria, Shadow or one of the other few were there who could understand.

Kira had just changed out her left hand for the mech napalm and readied to fire until they got into range and once they were she opened up with both heavy pulse and the napalm making sweeps in the enemy formation while the other took out any stragglers the napalm didn't.

Zob also noted the head lamps from the vampics he then said casually, "Step aside a moment don't wanna hit you with this" he took the vampic RPG pistol and fired the round downrange centered on the vampic formation before switching back to heavy pulse and letting rounds fly, "L'tael za s'oq maen esaeun tith!" he said out loud to himself in demonic.

  The    weapon   exploded, causing surprised  cries  of pain from Vampics.

 as they  rounded the Corner, Garrat's  weapon   joined  Zob's ... Supe  and Hodden  opened up with thier heave  weapons.

 the  Hall was  ablaze with weapon's fire , Bodies  fell  writhing  in the Tunnels   the   chant of   'thier blood is ours'   was being replaced  with calls  for  help and screams of surprise...

  Larry     stood up on his   hind  4s looking at the    bodies.. waiting to see what he  could  do... Shade racked up his  grease gun  and stood   next to  him and Nikki.

 Shoey    looked through his  scope  of the pulse rifle.. and  shot one    writhing Vampic  in the  head, the   hard ammo  bursting the helmet and the head..well...  this  is goign good  so far?

 Clark's  weapon spun up, chewing   Vampics  Up..   Both directions had  a choice.. to retreat.. or tey and Over  whelm thje    intersection 'base'.

 Will    and  the  rest  some of the SEC trooper s   split up, adding thier  weapon   Fire   to  the  hail or   death on both  sides.... the  call of  'Flashbang!".. would  come and they   would    duck as  Dazed  VAmpics  stumbled  or stopped, only to  be  gunned down.

 Shadow  was   upset.... they ha d troops inside the Vampic..Vampics  had  troops inside the Hermes..tru?  the   Edison  sent   help.. but he  was    angry , that  he  wasn't helping.

  Flores?.. take  every one  with you . and Go  belo this  POS    vessel and shoot  anything that resembles  a Vampic aircraft...  keep yourself  between  the Deadly  Song  and  The Hermes..  On the Cold Stone, the fighting  was  as savage  as  any that  could be imagined .. Ape  folk of all three of thier races    charged through the ship.. there was no  quarter  being asked   Nor Given... the   Vids    would show   ape folk tearing off  limbs  , even as they were shot  or  stabbed with  Vampic   Daggers.. what the VAmpics  learned... too late.. was the  'stab and twist' didn't   Help  when the  enemy out weight you  by  a few hundred pounds, and  were even more  savage then you thought, you ..yourself..were.

Mortica snarled, fangs bared beneath her helmet as the enemy charged. She fired a flashbang from her underslung grenade launcher then opened up on the massed Vampic, squeezing three round bursts off before switching targets and firing. She pulled out a frag grenade and loaded it before launching it to land to the rear of the front lines, chopping up the middle ranks. She continued to fire as they kept coming.

 Lizzy will follow Flores to underneath the Deadly Song and look for any Vampic craft to annihilate.

 Lizzy is underneath the Deadly Song when she sees a rectangle of light and she sees two Vampic troopers throwing APF children out into the dark.

 Lizzy almost just shoots and vaporizes them, but those could be an advantage.  Lizzy says over comms, "LC Sir those fucking bastards are throwing APF children into space, should I just shoot or do you have another plan Sir? Lizzy wanted to kill these bastards so bad but a open hatch could be useful. She will let the LC decide, her finger was on the trigger and ready to fire.

"No sense us standing like statues" she glanced at xShade and Larry.  She raised her weapon and began firing at the enemy, careful of her teammates.

   Shade      tried  to   wiggle   a  spot    between the   front  row.   Larry Looked  around ..  eager to attack, but waiting the   word..

 Supe  watched  as    the Vampics  pulled  back a few   feet.....now  what?

“We do if we want to get to the main bridge,” Mortica replied whilst keeping up a deadly stream of fire.

Zob took a moment to reload the Vampic RPG pistol, "Cover me" after a moment he finished reloading and pushed his way forward with the team he then fired another explosive round at any clustered vampics before going back to firing with the heavy pulse, "You damn cowards!"

Kira continued to send out a constant stream of fire into the vampic horde while the other hand continued to fire non stop pulse rounds from the mechs heavy pulse arm, "Kill them all, leave none of them standing!" if they had to kill every Vampic on this ship then so be it.

 Lizzy smiled ,Already done LC As she says this she pops up in front of the bastard Vampics and open fires at the two troopers and any other troopers she can see.

  The  Two Vampics  see   Lizzy as they toss  out another  Hapless    Occui   child  who screamed   but   could not be  heard.

 The two  Vampic's  smiles   faded  when they  saw the flash  of  Lizzy's  weapons  and    where  cut in half.

  Shadow  was  calm, but his  voice had  an edge,..The Watt is  sendign a  drop  shuttle..stay on station to  guide  them  in... was your  Gun cams on them as  you approached?

  Shadow  went to All COM s  so other ships  and Fighters  could hear,Ensign Maris  spotted   Vampics  tossing   kids out  a Hatch in the belly of  The Deadly Song...  asend   an  extra  shuttle below    evey ship in this , gods  be damned   task force....  If possible    capture  anyone one you see   doing it..  or shoot them out  right.... Get Gun Cams on those ships  incase others  are  doing it

 while he talked  , Bottoms    torched another shuttle  headed  towards    the  Harvester, who was  coming  up from under the  battle , lookign for strays.
