Lizzy smiled and said, " Hmmmm Izzy what do you want, either type is fine with me as long as it is a fancy nice place with a great atmosphere."

With her cheeks still a rosy shade of pink after the kiss, Izzy would quickly consider their options for food with her instantly deciding against fast food ”Well…I’m up for trying something different if you are? how about one of the alien restaurants, maybe Burian?” she tentatively suggested knowing that seeing as most of their rations now used ingredients from there, since the Sol system had disowned the fleet, that their cuisine should be edible for humans. Also it would hopefully make for a pleasant change to what they normally ate.

  T as the door closed  the Cab waited , he heard the word 'Burian'There's two places i know of? You got on in the lowers a few Blocks  from her..lots  a eating places  around it..prices are  nice... and there is a fancy place   in the Uppers.

Izzy would nod her head as she was informed that there were a pair of Burian restaurants before replying "and in your honest opinion which one serves the best food?" she asked knowing from experience that price didn't always translate into the best, after all the best Pad Thai in LA had come from a street vendor's market stall. Conversely she wasn't opposed to paying a little more for something that was genuinely good.

 Lizzy smiled and said," Yes Burian would be great, now does the fancy place have good food or is it just fancy?"

 The Cabby laughed,Do I look like i can sp3end  time eating in the Uppers?  I take the wife  up tothe beach up there once in a while, just to see how the high rollers live?... even the beach stall food   is more expensive.... Now the Burian  place  here?..its good eating... the fod  seems f4esher that that from Astra?..and sure beats  the normal Farm food we get.. The rich guys? I can't speak for them...  They are a bit on the snotty side... but , that's what rich folks do?

  Mitch  shrugged at first...six  guys?..there's what? 300. maybe more of us, and  a few scoops of other ship's people... Not Much to....


Then he brought the bike  down facing the water...as they were on the Grass..a could 100 yards  behind the  people who were bantering with the LC.

 in the  water, were a group..maybe  12?  people in black  wet suits  moving  slowly out in the water towards the Party.

 damn? looks like they have people coming  down the water?.. they might have people on the other need of the beach too?

  As  he  though about what to do.. The water turned to geysers and screams  came from the group , flashes of  scales   could be seen glinting from the  faint light of the part... way down the  beach , Muzzle  flashes were seen as were a few , above the stalls

  all the gods  be damned.... you know? I think our Largs  could take over the Hermes, if they could operate the controls? Mitch say is  a thoughtful voice.

 Flashes of   Matterhorn SEC lights   could be  seen as they  vectored in on the party.

Izzy would softly chuckle at the the cab driver’s words before replying  ”well the only way I’d get in a fancy place is as a waitress!” with her giving Lizzy a quick glance before continuing ”…well that sounds good enough for me, take us to the place in the lowers please” she said, suspecting they would both feel a lot more comfortable there, as although they had dressed up for the occasion they weren’t Angel silk dressed up.

As the cab pulled away from the kerb Izzy would settle down next to Lizzy and enjoy the ride.

 Lizzy smiled and also replied," Yes Izzy is right not in the mood for stuck up in the mood for a good meal, yes please take us to the lowers one thank you."

 Lizzy smiled at Izzy help her close as they traveled to the Burian restaurant.

  as the Cabby drove, he said,alright then? Now? Don't let me talk you out  of fancy dining, if you want that..I mean, this place here  we're going is a nice place, but they don't expect dressed up people, lotsa  folks do though...

 The  place in the uppers , expects dressed up folks..or at least Uniforms....I think you'll like this  place...

a few Minutes later  they were in the heart of the Lowers, alot of people walking   around, some carried bags or packages..there  a bunch of eating places  with  Names  lit up  and  what they sold.

 Here we go? The Burian Bay... and he lowered the  cab to a stop.

 The  Burian Bay...had  Vid  pics of  Bura flashing  every few seconds as Young Green Burian Angel stood  outside the door, Handing  people  small Menu's  as they entered.

”That sounds like what we’re after, we get fancy at the balls” Izzy replied, hinting that as nice as the balls were that they weren’t really their scene.

After passing several other restaurants offering a whole host of different cuisines they would arrive at the Burian Bay. Once the cab had come to a standstill Izzy would thank the cab driver, adding a generous tip to his fare in way of a thank you for the advice. Stepping out of the cab Izzy would take Lizzy’s hand and approach the young lady on the door, smiling as she took a menu ”Hi could we get a table for two please? Also is there anything you would recommend? We’re new to Burian food”

  The   Young Burian angel said...There are soups. the most popular is the Tuber soup. with what earthers  call noodles "..If you what something  hearty, there are some Burian Beef..and mhat passes  for pork on our planet... The deserts are what we  are noted for, the  cakes  and Puddings, for certain...

 she points out pics  of some of the Items..the Prices lok , just a tad more the  Rec Dec  prices.

Lizzy smiled and said to the cabbie," Thank you very much I think we will too. Yes, Izzy you are right I know we will love it here." Lizzy saw Izzy give a big tip and Lizzy was very happy with that, because she was too, but Izzy already did.

 Lizzy got out and followed Izzy into the Burian bay, and Izzy then talked to the Lady who was sitting them. Lizzy smiled as the young Burian Angel told them some of the food and pictures. "Yes, that all looks delicious we will definitely enjoy this place Izzy. I do like desserts they sound amazing.  Also do you have a collection of Burian wines as well?"

 Lizzy would follow the Burian Angel towards their seats.

After a good pass around Nikki and Mitch were fairly certain there was no snipers decided to continue on their way "Well how about a museum or...ooooo....couples massage?" Nikki stated with a bit of interest "There is I believe one on most stations and planets that is quite nice"

”Oh well, we’ll certainly be trying those” Izzy cheerfully replied at the mention of desserts as she took a moment to admire the pictures in the menu before following the waitress to a table. After pulling out a chair for Lizzy, Izzy would seat herself opposite her, smiling as she ordered a bottle of wine for the table. The prices were a little more than what she would normally pay on the rec dec but she wasn’t overly concerned as it wasn’t every night she got to take Lizzy out for a nice meal where it was just the two of them.

After taking a couple of minutes to peruse the menu Izzy would ask for a “beef” dish that came with stir fried vegetables and noodles, all of which unsurprisingly was in varying shades of green ”It’s a shame we don’t get to do this more often…I…I really missed you whilst I was away” she said with an embarrassed flush on her cheeks with her not having realised just how fond of the gorgeous redhead she was until they’d been forced to part.

  Mitch snorted  as the gunfire  stopped and screaming got worse...we did out  Job...don't  know what that was  all about, I hope  we   find out...

  Let's try for that  Couples  thing.... we'll go to the Uppers..I have the Creds...

  The waitress  brought  out  two Bottles of  wine...This is our  Best  Burian..made from  melon fuses  with Berries?

 she held the Bottle Up to the Light..Light greens  with   some  tint berries    floating in it...It is  10 creds a Bottle?

 This is out  most popluar...it has the  Lime Green berries  and   The Drak green berries mixed toegther  of a  smooth, and slightly sweet taste?... it runs  8 creds a bottle..we also have several between  8 and 10..and cheaper types under  8?

 Lizzy smiled at the wonderful food, and Lizzy ordered a spicey beef dish over a grain like rice and garden-fresh vegetables. Lizzy choose the most popular one the line green and dark green berry mix, an 8-credit bottle.

 Once everything was ordered and the waitress moved on Izzy spoke and Lizzy smiled took her hand and replied, " I know but we are in a war, and yes I missed you so much when you got sent away. I really hope that doesn't happen again and you have earned some respect in SEC now." Lizzy missed Izzy a lot, she just kept herself busy as hell, so she didn't think about missing Izzy so much.

Nikki was worried a bit for Haleys safety, but Jax or Sneak would have commed if something bad happened to Haley.  She looked at her comm and looked for a 'Glamour Quadrant' Spa Salon.  lo and behold, "Turn right at that vacc exchange.  next main intersection turn left and we should see the 'Glamour Quadrant' sight.  Oh, and they do have couples massages" she made a booking for when they got there.

   Mitch followed directions and settled down near the   entrance  where he  founda space to park.

 As he slips the head gear on the  handle he looks a bit sheepish,..not sure how much  I'm gonna like be rubbed on by someone...

Nikki put up her comm as she landed as well next to Mitch.  She secured her ride and alarm in case of someone wanting to get eager to try the bike.  "Are you saying I got 'man hands'?" she said smiling and her tone suggested the question was in jest.  she grabbed her gear then strode over to Mitch as they walked in.  There was a woman in the spas signature salon sarong waiting.  The calming colors were already taking effect.  It was feminine yet not 'hearts, bubbles, butterflies' girly girl.  "Hello.  We are here for a couples delight session, Regal & Rutledge"
"Oh yes.  follow me to the changing area.  When ready go through the other door, we will begin with a warm body soak jetted tub with scented waters to clear any impurities ..and sand" the lady said with a small sweet giggle.  A younger lad helped Mitch be guided into the men's area.  The woman helped Nikki.  Inside they went through and helped begin changing them and securing their belongings in cabinets and was given a band for around her ankle with the key, a large body towel, and another for her hair if needed and soft rather wonderful slippers.  During all this the woman asked about her favorite scents and a few specifics for their visit.  After the lady gesture at Nikkis convenience towards the other door before leaving.  "Thank you" as Nikki waved and the lady left.  Alone Nikki retrieved her screwdriver at least and managed to hide her weapon, just in case and relocked her cabinet and walked out to join Mitch.
She stood there a moment and gave him one of her best 'legs for days' poses. "Shall we get all wet now" in a sweet southern belle voice.

Sighing softly Izzy would gently squeeze Lizzy’s hand as she replied ”I know…and I fully realise that if it wasn’t for the war that we probably would never have met but…I just wish we could do the things that normal couples do” she said with nearly every time they tried to have a little time together that they would invariably be dragged into some kind of situation. But as Lizzy had just pointed out she had done her time on an away mission so shouldn’t be sent away again and she had seemingly managed to mend some bridges with those in SEC which would make life easier for her ”…I guess it just means we’ll have to make the most of our time together” she said with a smile, raising her glass of wine in a toast to them.

As the food arrived Izzy would start on her beef and noodles finding them to be subtly spiced in a way that she hadn’t tasted before, with the closest similarity being to South East Asian cuisine ”oh wow, this is really good…how’s your meal Lizzy?”

  Mitch shakes his head......this  really isn't my thing... he  throws his hands up in the air...well?  Lets go, what do we gotta  do next?

 Lizzy smiled and said, ' We will Izzy but you're right the war brought us together. It will try to keep us apart, but it won't succeed." Lizzy smiled at Izzy and replied to her, " Yes we do we never know what tomorrow will bring." Lizzy raised her glass of wine as well in a toast.

 When the food came it was amazing Lizzy began to eat and loved it. Lizzy replied," It is amazing Izzy, absolutely amazing, the cabbie picked a great place." Lizzy smiled at Izzy and ate her meal and had some wine.
