Thanks Argie, didn't mean to cause ant problems; droped by to update some of the app's I'd installed in the Kite. Watching the Crews painting and applying laquer. That should keep them for the remainder. Aqua was a learning curve for quite a few of the newer pilots. Still what don't kills you... he states cheerfully

Justin attempts to learn how much flight time Besserman has, if he was on command of a Flight, why he was reassigned to Delta fleet. what the man thonks about his situation.

   When Besserman  came back  with his suit, he looked   Justin Over... Well.. I was  sent to Matterhorn.. lots of  folks were, they  lost more Pilots in thier beds, to UEs, then they lost  in combat.  For Some reason, Admiral Richard  thought  she was doing me a favor  sending me here...

..Then we go Up On the rec dec?... meet some More Pilots..  Some EMS  chick with one of  your guys mouths off a  bit... then some Frenchie comes over  ... Hopefully you don't take what I'm about to say as telling you how to get along but you'll find Hack runs things in Delta Fleet quite differently than practically all other Commands. He uses whatever he can, be it race, skill or resource, to combat the Demons and their Puppets. For example the Skills of individuals trumps Rank. I suspect you'll go far, especially if you demonstrate how much better skilled you are in areas Hack finds useful than anyone in that roll. To change the tact he was following Justin grimaced. That Lizard is a Larg, it kinda belongs to LC Shadow.

   Garrat walks up to the side of the fighter, he speaks not loudly but his voice carries to those present "Besserman, you ship is your baby." He runs his hands along the sleek line of the fighter  "Her well being is your survival and your success."  Garrat pauses "Because of this, every successful pilot treats his ground crew like family, because when he's in the air, their pride and purpose is in the air with him."  Garrat walks around the plane to stand uncomfortably close to Besserman. "By treating them as less than importanr, you just cut your ground crew from their responsibility to your air craft.  You take that plane up now, your alone.  No one is backing you. No one is making sure you come home safely, Shadow wins, not just because he's a good pilot, but because he has a good crew.  He has a good crew because he takes care of them."

  Garrat shrugs, "You act kinda dumb to be one.  No one gets paid enough to do this job.  Respect is the only bone a pilot has to throw his crew and if his two selfish to enourage them then they are too busy to help him.  I spent over 500 years as a Captain on light destroyers.  I have piloted cruisers to shuttles and flown three types of fighters half a dozen orbital drop combat vehicles with glide and boost capability, tanks, mechs, speeders assault bikes, hover bikes, boats, still can drive many here in the ESN but I have no patience for your primative stick and throttle controls, and like you say, the ESN trainers are too small for me anyway." Garrat snorts, "Spencer would rather have me blowing things up from the inside rather than the outside anyway."

   Garrat looks after his flight crew, "If the captain who runs this deck hears how you have been treating his men you might not fly at all.  If I were the captain on deck I'd make you hand load your own munitions until you understood what it takes to keep these things in the air."
