I have not forgotten about the movies and shakers recently getting bonus EXP, and will award it at the resolution of this situation.

Had whatsapp about a week now, just hadn't found a need to use it yet. My number is still the same, and I have one of yours but forgot if it changed in all this time.

No, but I guess you can be grandfathered in for the 100 EXP. In fact, you already were if you check the status page and that the edit date is before your post.

I'll follow the others. I should read better, didn't see that Dai was leaving through the north.

Two things:

1: Keep in mind not everyone is at full health (especially MILO, who is missing 10 hit points).
2: Some people or pets are fatigued.
3: JAGA has 10 nonlethal damage, and is about 10 minutes away from 8 of it naturally going away.

4: The DM sucks because he forgot the +1 bonus to initiative everyone gets. I'll re-roll all of those (and then roll for SILI/MILO) presently. edit- And actually, ZEIG and Gurlop are fatigued, so their original roll with original modifiers is the valid one.

DAI told me he delayed. Garus/MILO/JAGA are going to continue to delay.

Nothing happens as it loops back around to ZEIG.

So... it's probably waiting outside the broken window inspecting it or just looking around for some signs of movement. Chances are someone broke some of the glass on the floor... only a matter of time before he leaves or whatever.

Ghost Sound only requires line of sight? Could I cast it through a glass window then?

Ghost Sound requires line of effect (and therefore sight is implied). It also has a verbal component, meaning that if someone were listening intently they'd likely hear you casting it. It's a base DC 0 Listen check to hear someone cast a spell.

Now, whether or not whoever heard you speaking the verbal component cares about the weird speaking they just heard when five lions are roaring behind them, that's another story.


This thing, however, appears to be a fairly capable combatant... or at least it used to be... before the, you know, fire skull stuff. It might recognize odd shit going down after it hears mumbo-jumbo might imply magic.


If you have Silent Spell, and care to spend some MP, then that solves the noise problem entirely. I don't remember if you do or not. You'd still need line of effect, however.

Used to have silent spell- retrained it to sudden widen for fire ii's aoe ir sleepga though.

Zeig will stay still and quiet until either the situation changes or 3-5 minutes have passed.

The light does not move in any perceptible way for anyone.

In the event SILI says he delays, which seems kinda likely (and I'd probably do the same as a player in this situation), it will bop back around to DAI. DAI, since you log in more often than SILI most of the time, if you'd like to go ahead and take your next action do so. If SILI post first, well then I guess he wins.

Just to be clear: waiting on ZEIG and/or SILI.

When MILO sees everyone but Garus go through the door, he'll follow.

As mentioned in the IC, Garus will come last. It would be wise to leave a spot open for him. Also, he is noisy as hell in that platemail. While DAI is making the sounds of several going the other way, the Listen DC to also hear one going the way of the party would be achievable. It would not be trivial, I'm not even going to say likely, mind you, as there's a door and some distances involved, but the DC could be passed and then the skeleton would act on the information it hears accordingly.

I am still delaying until something goes down, as stated.

I can't wait to move into the basement for my games' sakes. A little piece of me just died saying that.

Couldn't ZEIG cup his hands to make a sort of Bullseye Lantern effect? Likely better for keeping our position hidden as far as the Skelly's site is concerned.

Yes, he could do that. It wouldn't be as great, but it'd work in a pinch.
