If I'm not mistaken, the Blade Barrier spell shouldn't work on the Golems.

Sorry all.  I'm one of the lucky "exempt" feds that get to work for free, doing my own job and the jobs of two of my co-workers who have been furloughed.

Then we just got blasted by a snow storm and I pulled my back.  Really could have used Myarra on the snow shovel.  She'd have had the driveway clean in 10 minutes.

I just want to remind you all that this encounter is not normal. I'm not a GM who throws bigger and badder monsters at you, unless you actively go out and search for them.

It should be interesting ... but ... I'd have to admit that bringing in three iron golems did reduce the threat level a little bit.

Sorry for my absence. It rained really bad in SoCal, which is unheard of. Internet was knocked out at my home and couldn't log on. Hopefully, it'll stay on through the weekend, but another storm is coming....

OK, I'm back and calculated the XP for the party. Everyone has gone up a level, a couple of players have gone up 2 levels. Go ahead and update and I'll edit sheets after you send me PM on what you're updating. :)

I will look for my notes on the treasure that was there. I remember party members searching to see if there was anything.

Treasure Thread updated. Nolan would point out the magical items. The rest of the stuff from the bodies is either rotted with age or rusted to worthlessness. Coins are found from digging around in the dirt. Nobody has touched the Flail, but it detects strong magics.

Sister Aliana would show an interest in the chain mail and bow, but would wait pending more input by her friends.

As Byron owes the group for the Flame Tongue, he will pass in the interests of keeping things fair and repaying atleast a part of his debt to the group.

There's nothing there that Myarra would want.  She's more interested in whatever coin can be got by selling the excess.
