I just realized that the treasure thread has lists of all the stuff we've found and sold, but I don't think I've been told how much of a cut I was supposed to get.

This is really embarrassing. Somehow acquiring wealth just hasn't been that big a deal.

If I remember correctly, several of you donated money so items could be bought for the party. One of those items was the Lyre. Either way, we can take the money from party treasure, since everyone in the party will be benefitting from flying on the Mariasha.

Nolan will pick up a bunch of spell components that he needs for his projects. Nothing big and quite common.

The ship has a cargo hold cover. You can see a picture of the ship in the Forest Waystone thread at the bottom. There's no way to load/unload the crab without a crane.

My guess is the crab made the hole in the bottom of the ship.  That's why it was found over on the shore and the ship crashed on the island.

There must be a thrilling story behind it all.

And yes, one of the niceties we're missing is a cargo crane.
