Re: Delith: Into the Unknown
In reply to Shorty (msg # 713):
OOC: OK, here we go. First I will do the internal struggle
Warwick and Trysk square up, they attack at the same time. Warwick strikes 3 times with his flaming weapons, the damage is extensive; but somehow Trysk's wounds heal after the second strike; however Warwick's last strike (battleaxe) does 27 points of damage.
Trysk comes back at Warwick but he misses; however he also uses his wand, says a word, and a bright light bursts forth between them (everyone made their save so no one is blind). The Illumination is not as bright as you might expect but it does briefly light up the area - 4 pools are nearby, Shorty's back lights up nicely. No undead seen.
Trysk's helm begins to glow. Screams can be heard from the groups left (behind and left for Shorty).
Morteft launches a Fireball, beyond Shorty's position. The flaming ball expands and you can make out the area near Shorty, two wights were flanking him and they go down in flames. Shorty saves and takes 13 from blast.
Ez'ard, being the closest to Shorty, did get in part of the blast and had no save due to being motionless, takes 26 (fire resistance applied - I rolled really high).
The light from the fireball, though dulled, reveals 2 more pools and walls to the N, partially slant from W to E.
Actions, for just Morteft and Shorty at the moment.
