OOC: I have lost the thread of the story we are walking through. Morteft wouldn't, but since this has been going on for 3 months real time and I have had some big distractions during that time, I am not even sure why the assassins are working with the creature. Can anyone point me to a thread that explains it?

The assassins were sent her to resurrect the sea monster.  This land is to be subjecgated or destroyed as Set has done in many other places.  Your team was shanghaied to stop the assassins and the sea monster.  You were directed to the village to learn more about your enemy and save the people there.  Now you face the three minnions of Set.  Two assassins and the sea monster.  you attempted a scouting foray into the sea monster lair.  Met a wall of water and some scary large fish with riders.  Water goblins.  That is the short version.  If you want, I can cut the stuff that has not happened yet out of the file and send you the whol sroty line.

*Maybe we should seal them into whatever building they are in and then just hunt them down. Do we know what building they are in currently? Also, they can wraithform at will. What other powers have we observed? Poisoned limitless daggers is one. They seem to be able to appear, attack and disappear before we can react. What else?*

Ezard cannot see the room that Trysk has entered trhough the doorway.  He moves into position before the new holes in the wall.  He can see Trysk standing in a room full of tables and chairs.  Morteft moves so he can also see into the space.  Ez’ard raises his wand.  The door before Trysk slams shut.  Both fireballs go off in in the combined space of the room.  Flames shoot out the holes in the wall and envelope the upper body of the earth elemental.  As the light of the blast disappates, smoke pours from the openings.  Furniture is blazing within the room.  The water elemental is much smaller now.  The earth elemental is also looking bad.  Trysk stands unharmed in the room but he is hard to see through the smoke.  The door to the privy is charred but still standing.

OOC: It depends on how Larry plays wraithform or whatever it is that allows them to go ethereal. If they can move through walls, then I am not sure why it matters. He won't be there if we come, so yeah, Trysk should just leave. You don't have him trapped. I am also not sure why closing the door would matter.

OOC:  Sigh.  Yes the earth elemental is outside, but he has crushed three large blocks from the side of the building that make a large hole.  That is how the fireballs got inside.  Fire blossomed out of the hole and the elemental did not see the attack coming.

OOC:  I will clarify for the sake of moving forward.  Only Shadow has been seen on the ethereal plane.  Coos has only been seen on the material plane.  Tzar did not see Shadow take on wraithform.  He saw his act like a phase spider.

Ez’ard will head towards Morteft keeping his eyes open for any attack. He will hold by Morteft to see if Trysk is coming out or not.
