Shorty scratches his head in confusion at the discussion.  He points to the statue of Tiamat.  “Dat Lady bees here?  What happen ta do one dem calls Big Red.  Me bees told him bees boy dragon.”

On the team channel, Shorty replies with surprise to Trysk.  "How him posed ta fights?  No sword.  No armor.  Better ta send him ta Dullis fer keeping safe."

OOC: Sorry, that is my bad.  Big Red is female.  This was a dungeon I made long ago, I assumed male but then I saw I had noted it was female .. you know, fiery redhead.  So no, it would not change what Fritz had said .. it would change what Dualis had said .. he may have been drinking some of Occa's whiskey at the time .. never know what that chaos distilled brew will do.

Trysk gets a reading from the rod that Fritz is indeed good.

OOC:  Is the whole size thing still valid or did that go out the windwo too?  That much bigger than Penny made sense fo a male.

And if we are back to resting, Shorty still wants to play soccer with the two heads and send them into the ogre goal.

Morteft says, "I don't think it will unless they wish for you to be returned to your former state. I have known many creatures that were supposed to be evil, but were not. Now, what do you think of going to Calator or to meet Dualis? You know a lot about the plans of our mutual enemy and it would be good to get you debriefed. We need intel and you could help greatly on that account."

Shorty whispers to Fritz.  "Dullis bery bosy muches times.  But him ken helps youse start ober.  Ken helps youse make many new friend ta stand aside youse."

Shorty considers the battle discussion.  "No like fighten Set peoples and dragon at same time.  Ken maybe gets da Set peoples ta comes out and play wid us?"  Shorty glances up at the stautes of Set.  "Maybeso ifn ken breaks dem inta little bitty rocks?"

OOC:  If SHorty gets to wait much longer to play soccer, he wil sheath NH and pull his maul off his back.  He might even give on of the statues a light rap to see what kind of sound it makes.

"Of course, you could stay and fight with us, but that might make you a bigger target." Morteft adds. "Do you know how to open the door to the mindflayers area? Do you know the layout of the other areas in this mountain?"

OOC: Since it creates a dimensional space in here and doesn't go outside the mountain, I am hoping it works.

Arye watches the mage with interest.  "Before move to further our assault, whomever we try to attack, I would like to learn more about the tactics of the group, understand more about each of your roles and how I can better fit in to the overall scheme.  And any thoughts on how this place works, becuase I have friends on the elemental plane of Earth that would love a chance to smash things.  I have others on the elemental plane of Fire, but suspect they would be less valuable at this action."

Morteft nods. "Likewise. We should understand more about you too and how we can work together in a more coordinated way. As you can tell, people just mostly do what they want and tend to wander off to stir up trouble."

Trysk chuckles mentally, *Some don't answer all questions asked of them, too. I started out as a spy and mage, but have been more like a secondary fighter with Sizzle (patting his long sword). By the way, we should have these types of conversations using the amulets.*

*They made me be the leader and they don't listen to me, lad.  I'm a fighter and a Chosen of Reorx.  So, a cleric.  I too can bring forth an earth elemental, known as Servant of Reorx.  I also have a ring of elemental control that lets me summon other types of elementals.  But, in here, I'm not sure we can summon anything.*

*Oh, right. I am a mage. I am mostly good for fireballs and magic missiles these days.*

Fritz "Ah yes, Dualis, your benefactor.  We know of him but little of anything else, besides an arch-mage and other tidbits." he nods at Shorty's comment "If he can help me then all the better.  If I exit here alive then I would have interest in meeting Dualis."  back to Morteft.  "I can fight and if I can take any heat off the rest of you I am fine with that.  I have some spare equipment in my room."

About the mountain "I know the general layout. I tended to stay here, would go to the human area on occasion."



OOC: Not sure if I missed something, into what cube is Morteft casting a Passwall spell?  The mansion will work.

Tzar will say to Ayre "This is only my second outing with them but I tend to go with where the Lord of Warwick directs.  I am a warrior, Sol and I do battle with evil miscreants."
