GBU's after boss fight
Tim F.
Good: Chris let me in on a little secret about this combat that he made sure to "forget on purpose" that would have made it even worse. I felt Murkelmor really challenged us to the point of "gosh we could actually die". And yay not know about "flee at bloodied total sissy", because if we knew... things would have gone different.
Bad: ....umm...
Ugly: Terdisas for running like a sissy even though mechanically speaking, he was perfectly safe anyway

Salow
Good: finishing off a big fight, with zero casualties, I really thought we were going to loose a char
Bad: if some dice rolls are going to be on roll20, then all should be, if not, then im not gonna roll on roll20 at all
quote:
Mittens (GM):hmm? which rolls weren't?
Tim F. (GM):Yes, clarify
LaserFace (GM):maybe he meant the cards which dont have as much of a "log" so reading backscroll makes it look like nothing was used
Tim F. (GM):Maybe.
Salow (GM):yeah ... i realize that card flips were used in place of dice rolls, but if that's the case, it would be nice to see the results put on the board. i know i dont always put my hit or miss totals, but it would be nice to see that everyone is doing things the same way ... whether you roll a dice or flip a card, the end result should be posted IMO
Tim F. (GM):So really, what you want is solid logs of results in RPOL?
Salow (GM):yes
Ugly: tim, for tanking

LaserFace
Good: TEAMWORK YAAAAY.
Bad: not in the GM's hands technically, but I still feel mildly guilty for cliff spam even though slogging through everything would be crazy. oh right, Bad in the module sense: big holes not = big holes, that was a good roll maaaaaan, wasted ;.;
Ugly: Salow didnt kill an infant over his dice rolls

Mittens (GM)
Good: daaang our group is tough as nails. i'm glad you guys opted for pushing for the boss fight it actually felt like a boss fight. but did drag on a bit. 3.5: whiff fest, but low hp. 4e you can hit stuff (usually) but lots of hp. fights tend to be much shorter in 3.5. This can be a good thing but sometimes not so good. bosses feel like chumps. and PCs feel like they're made of paper tim and i talked a little about adding a consolation prize for when a player whiffs. instead of the "crit fail" deck of cards full of fail, it would be a deck of "the enemy has a -1 penalty to it's defenses till your next turn" so you feel like you contributed at all.
Bad: many many 6's on the d6 for recharging that guys' heal power
Ugly: goes to tim for drawing our group. more than once.
