Thunderspire Labyrinth

quote:
"Ya know..." Mittens says, casting another fire spell on the two remaining goblins, "retreat is an acceptable option."

Dido says, "Don't have to tell ME twice!" as he charges the goblin Freedom indicated Dido to go to, whacking the goblin good with his hammer!

"You all are so going to get it!" Dido's target says, slinking back a step.  It then runs to the east, disappearing from view!

Callie steps forward and smacks the goblin with the flat of her rather large blade. "Don't chase, guys! Remember what happened last time we gave chase!"

Kitau nods and charges the last foe in the room, barely managing to hit it!

An eerie stillness lays in the air as the room grows suddenly completely silent.

For such a straightforward ambush (in their favor for once), that had seemed particularly confusion an affair.

"Well, I suppose if we can not appeal to a survivor's better nature for information, we can threaten to feed them to Freedom's tiger...  Without telling them they may be below the Tiger's tastes at least."  Sure, the sorcerer's Diplomacy roll was higher than his intimidate roll.  But sometimes raw facts like 'Angry Tiger' can be better than skill modifiers.

*Handwaves*  Freedom was never there.  The group was able to ambush the badguys successfully.  Or...  do we want to start over from the point before Freedom showed up?

Re: Thunderspire Labyrinth

Callie, as usual, checks on her allies' injuries first before checking on the enemies. She would, of course, assist in tying up any survivors. Once she has helped any injured allies, she gets to waking a survivor.... if any survived.

Dido thanks Callie for her gentle healing, of course, but other than that is silent during his rest. Probably praying.

(OOC: Joe said "sure, skip" basically. So posting is go!)
