Re: Scales of War: EPIC!

May hops over to the nearest Wight and smacks it with a resoundingly loud whack that sends the thing stumbling 15 feet to where May wants it before May deftly hops back on over to her original position. "Looky! I caught me a fishy!"

Move: To Wight 2
Weapon Mayster's Strike v Wight 2. Hit(35)
dmg: 22 and shift Wight 3 into position
Minor: Shift 3 back to where May was!

Wight 2 HP: 244 - 22 = 222

Re: Scales of War: EPIC!

The reaper charges forward with a ghostly shriek!  It slashes May hard enough to send her sprawling!  The betrayer wight claws at May's back, but Timothius' aura is just enough to deny him an opening to harm May!

Re: Scales of War: EPIC!

Kyle disapproval faces, as he shoots the reaper in the face.  It may be 'Leader Damage', but FULL damage Vs insubstantial is always satisfying, even without the little bit extra on top.

He toughens up May while he is at it, and sympathizes with the kobold because she is going to be more annoyed at how she is inconvenienced in attacking enemies, rather than personal risk.

Minor: Resistive for May.
Standard: M weapon vs reaper. Hits. FULL DMG, and +1d10 force DMG because insubstantial.  47 total.
M weapon buff for Tim, Raichel, Mittens.  +2 hit, +6 DMG rolls. until end of my next turn.

Reaper HP: 424-47=377

Re: Scales of War: EPIC!

Raichel charges up via her bloodfury weapon as usual, becomes feral and drops her scythe before shooting lightning at the reaper! She doesn't seem to care that he is insubstantial as she does so much damage that even half is really nice. The lightning bounces from the reaper to the two wights, harming them for a LOT of their health. "Restless spirits who hate the living. Anymore I feel downright terrible for them. That could be me if I were kept from the afterlife..."

Minor: Bloodfury Weapon
Minor: Razorclaw Shifting (+1 AC/Ref, +2 speed)
Furious Bolts v Reaper, Wight1, Wight2. Hit(39)! Hit(35)! Hit(50)!
dmg to Reaper: 65 (Thanks Kyle!)
Reaper Interrupt become insubstantial: 32 dmg instead
 dmg to Wights: 53

Reaper HP: 337 - 32 = 305
Wight 1 HP: 244 - 53 = 191
Wight 2 HP: 222 - 53 = 169

"Wasn't there supposed to be two..."

Mits sees Rai's lightning bolt zap around the corner.

"Ah.  So there is."

She flies up over the reaper and does her eyebeams / tailbeam combo.

"The vengeful dead were generally not very nice folks in life, Rai."

Timothius switches to angelic mode, just in case. He bursts with radiance, making the enemies more vulnerable than they already are. Then binds them up with radiant chains. "In this place, yes. Mittens speaks the truth."

Minor: Sprout Wings
Minor: Solar Enemy!
Chains of Blazing Light v Reaper, Wight 2. Hit(37)! Hit(43)!
Dazed and will take 11 extra radiant dmg when hit.

May hops to her feet and twirls around, whacking every enemy with her radiant carrikal. She sheathes the weapon and draws her staggering singing stick. "This fight feels like it's going to go even quicker than the devils earlier did..."

Come and Get It v Reaper, Wight1,2. Hit(44)! CRIT(49)! Hit(35)!
 dmg: 50 (/2 for Reaper = 19)
 CRIT dmg: 75

Reaper HP: 283 - 25 = 258
Wight 1 HP: 146 - 75 = 71

Kyle snaps off a shot that staples one of the Wight's arms, wrist to shoulder.  Sure it's undead so that's more of an inconvenience, but every bit helps.

"Well, the Devils probably would not have lasted as long if there were only three of them."

Standard: Repulsion strike vs wight. Barely hits thanks to Dazed.  42 total DMG.
-6 Melee hit rolls to Wight, until End Of My Next Turn.

"Will do.  Check this out!"

She forms an enormous blazing sickle out of a miniature eclipse!  http://www.space.com/images/i/...e&fit=inside|660:*

SLICE!  One of the wights is sliced to smithereens, the other has the top half of his head removed, the reaper's lower half is sliced off, and all are lit on fire!

Mits flies over to her sis, wagging her tail in anticipation of Rai's next kaboom!

Raichel points her staff at the reaper and fires a 15' wide lightning bolt at him, shattering the remaining wight into fried dust while blowing the reaper's left side away! "Not much left of it, now...."

Thunderstroke v Reaper, Wight1. Hit(41)! Hit(44)!
 dmg: 71
 dmg to Reaper: 92

Timothius tosses a seal at the reaper, who manages to dodge it. But as the seal passed May, it closed the scratch she had from earlier, healing her good as new.

Minor: Sustain the vulnerability because may as well.

Despite May not having the hatred of the reaper, her will to see her enemy fall seems stronger even than the hateful undead. For even though she misses with her swing, the Reaper still feels itself get damaged just from May's grinning glare.

Mits swings her huge scythe again!  This time the tip of the blade goes through the mouth of the reaper, through the middle of its body, and into the ground.

"Bad reaper!  You're grounded!" she announces with an impish grin, nudging Rai with her elbow.

Raichel says, "I wanna run past the geysers."

Raichel proceeds to make it look easy as she deftly hurries past the geysers and runs circles around them. Then runs up walls and ceilings before back-flipping onto the magic carpet. "...because I can."

Kyle isn't incapable of having fun.  He's just very serious faced in general.

That and it makes it funnier when he's cuddled by kitty cats and Maydrakedragongators.
