You don't need to stat any inane followers. You don't need to stat followers that's main purpose is using a spell, such as casting mount for transportation, or light, or what have you. If you want to call upon their save DCs, ability scores, skills or feats, you need to stat them. Feel free to be reductive to their vocation. Practically speaking it's fine for them to identical stats, even though they may have some nuance. You can also put footnotes for followers that subsect the above stats (that you provide) to show some nuance. An example would be scribes. You might assign knowledge (varies) and put how many have each knowledge in footnotes. Further more you might put that they range in age, from those that had idle periods of wasting or maybe had to raised from the dead so much, they are only low level, despite being <age bracket>. Try to observe this is not to be abused. Most followers, of any class, should follow an age by race current age. I don't mind some caveats for devoted followers that are older; like I said they may have been raised from the dead a bunch, or had idle periods.

Undead Soldier in Hathra's Service
These undead soldiers Hathra has over a century raised in using animate dread warrior which he can cast once per day as spell-alike ability. He has raised them from a variety of battlefields and unlike most mindless undead these retain a semblance of intelligence and retain fully the skills and feats that they had once alive. Albeit much diminished mental attributes and thus no longer qualifying for feats that demand such facilities.

All these undead are under the direct control of Hathra as necromancer who had animated them and cast command undead on them. He has given them armor and helms and dark cloth to entirely conceal their bodies and applied a mummification process to all of them to preserve their bodies with minimal rotting involved.

Hathra's Necromantic Prowess

Turning and Rebukin
-Turning: turn check 1d6+14, turn damage 2d6+37, can affect between 29-33 HD rebuking or
command 1/2 of rebuking HD or less undead, max to 280 HD amount (x10 from norm thanks epic feat)

Undead Animation
-Creation: He can create 3xCL HD amount undead at once per casting, doubled if this happens inside his desecrate aura (in 150'ft range). To a maximum of 150 HD amount undead create all at one casting.
-Control: He can control directly 21 x 4 = 84 HD undead as a wizard, the same number as a cleric. However, the Dread Necromancer formula is 13 x 25 = 325 HD. Totaling up to 493 HD amount undead with all three pools combined. Thanks to his Ruby Blade (which contains properties of Rod of Undead Mastery), this number is doubled to 986 HD. Also, control undead targets 11 x 25 = 275 HD number of undead. But most undead he holds (which aren't directly under his command) via chained command undead spell (targeting 25 undead at once despite HD) which he renews every few days.

Most above undead soldiers are under Command Undead spell but if calculating raw numbers with direct control via necromancy, he would control around 164 undead soldiers directly. If go theoretical numbers, he would have cast command undead 20 times (in a 24-day period) for control of 500 undead troops, not counting the horses from the calvary.

125 each unit type as undead as part of his personal (and part of the city's) army.

Special Creations:
Young adult Red Dragon skeleton (19 HD, Huge), this red dragon Hathra slew a long time ago and animated as a steed for himself. Dual immunity to fire and cold makes steed quite resilient, albeit the lack of ability to fly is a pity but he usually has magical means to fly.

4th level followers: Four ghouls

The Commanded

Hathra's most powerful undead aren't those which he created or who follow him of their own free will. But those whom he has captured by his divine power and turned unwillingly his servants long as he lives. Since gaining power to command a greater number of undead he has captured these undead criminals to rest of their immortal lives and Hathra is their warden. Hathra calls these five most powerful undead as 'Five Horsemen of the Damned'. Each entity has a codename to which he refers to them or when he calls upon them.

Neilah Blackthorn (Famine), CE Female Half-Elf Lich Ex-Druid 5/Bligther 7
= Captured in crime deforesting entire elven forest and mass murdering fey and animal life besides all elves in the forest. Hathra put a stop to her rampage and was now forced to repentance in raising one largest gardens in Ivost and denied the source of her power. But if need be, Hathra can unleash her full wrath on any enemy nation and starting with their agriculture and forest.

Morgaine Kradhelm (War), NE Male Evolved Undead Wight Ex-Paladin 1/Blackguard 10 (Circle of Death 1/day as spell-alike ability)
= Morgaine in life was a renowned paladin, a local hero of the kingdom until he was slain by a gang wights after he was betrayed by his man of arms who had plans for the kingdom, and animated into a new unlife he became a growing vengeful terror in ancient city ruins until he grew in power to become infamously called wight knight which started spread the terror of unlife in local lands around ancient ruins which had become his tomb in life. All intent and purposes were driven by revenge on his man of arms and people who embraced lies about his faith and ruin his reputation in death.

Hathra captured and enslaved him and his wight kin and now he is a primary military champion of Hathra in armed conflict while riding on a dark steed that is not disturbed by his undead nature and leads his armies cavalry in battle.

Vaidren Sanguinar (Strife), CE male human vampire Hexblade 11
= Vaidren in life was a cursed being who caused suffering around him, intentionally or not, he became a wandering mercenary for hire until he came across a cursed vampiric blade...which curse was that it turned him into a vampire overtime as he used it and he embraced his curse willingly. He became an underworld dark boss in a city where he resided and led a bloody assassin guild and he evaded capture several times even when the guild was destroyed by adventurers or his own curse of bad luck catching up to his operations.

Hathra captured and put an end to his rampaging ways as a vampire and now employs him as a field agent of chaos and ruin on enemies but otherwise keeps him as a persuasive spy.

Mirazza Plaquis (Pestilence), CE female half-fiend half-drow gravetouched ghoul Ranger (Predator) 5/Vermin Keeper 10
= Mirazza origins lay in Underdark where she lived as normal drow most of her life who specialized in raising and caring for spiders her half-fiend nature made her outcaste in society until she was slain, and then she emerged as unholy terror blessed by the king of the ghouls and she wreaked her vengeance upon the very city council which was behind killing her because she was bloodline associated to the enemy of the city and her killing was used to curse said enemy. She ruined the city with pestilence, plaque, and disease as her weapons. An ironic twist in that very event of facing a demon who specialized plaques and slew her daughter to kill him resulted in the city being destroyed by plaques anyways.

However, her unholy vengeance found no comfort and thus expanded her hatred to all living, and eventually, she crossed paths with Hathra who defended a town from her pestilent terror and captured her. Now she is working as chief of sewer inspections and maintenance, along with other undead as her penance. But Hathra does remember her prowess in plaques, poisons, and vermins and thus employs her expertise when needed. As she dislikes serving any needs of the living (and it has even grown since she started dealing with waste of the living). Also, her expertise as a scout, especially in darkness, is highly valued.

Urkh (Death), CE Atropal Scion (9 HD and +4 turn resistance)
= Hathra's biggest challenge as a necromancer was to deal with Atropal. He at the time was working temporal alliance with a kingdom nation renowned for holy magic and paladins but those weren't enough to deal with Atropal, so said nation's ruler hired then Hathra and his necromantic expertise help with the task of defeating Atropal. It was a long campaign but eventually, Atropal was defeated, but not completely. As parts of Atropal flesh remained and it animated itself and he took control of said flesh. Instead of destroying it, he took it and it's one reason why he is wanted by said kingdom and rulers for having a piece of the abomination which nearly destroyed the nation. He keeps Urk hidden and sealed away firmly with strict orders not to do anything. But if Hathra wants a ensured way cause misery and destruction, even with the risk of things going out of control, he can call on Urk into the field.

Shade Regiment
Hathra has command over ten greater shadows which he employs for spying, scouting, and skirmish tactics in warfare as needed (takes 110 HD from the command pool). He naturally has control of any spawns created by this undead regiment.
