You don't need to stat any inane followers. You don't need to stat followers that's main purpose is using a spell, such as casting mount for transportation, or light, or what have you. If you want to call upon their save DCs, ability scores, skills or feats, you need to stat them. Feel free to be reductive to their vocation. Practically speaking it's fine for them to identical stats, even though they may have some nuance. You can also put footnotes for followers that subsect the above stats (that you provide) to show some nuance. An example would be scribes. You might assign knowledge (varies) and put how many have each knowledge in footnotes. Further more you might put that they range in age, from those that had idle periods of wasting or maybe had to raised from the dead so much, they are only low level, despite being <age bracket>. Try to observe this is not to be abused. Most followers, of any class, should follow an age by race current age. I don't mind some caveats for devoted followers that are older; like I said they may have been raised from the dead a bunch, or had idle periods.

OVERVIEW

1. The Temple of Wee Jas (total wages: 110gp/month)
  • The High Priest: Gyles Fane (m, see link to a message in this game, wages:50gp/month): runs the major services, serves as religious leader to followers of Wee Jas in town, assists Maynitra, works on personal projects/research, serves as High Magistrate when Maynitra is not available
  • 4 Acolytes (m&f, cloistered clerics of Wee Jas, lvl3, wages:12gp/month): take care of the temple, assist High Priest Fane with services and research, provide basic religious services to congregants
  • 1 Temple Servant (m, commoner 2, wages:6gp/month) -- cleans and maintains the high priest's quarters, as well as serving meals to the high priest and acolytes. Assists the chef with purchases and restocking as well.
  • 1 Temple Chef (f, commoner 3, wages:6gp/month) -- prepares gourmet meals for the high priest, the acolytes, the servant, and herself.


2. The Judiciary (total wages: 192gp/month)
  • Judiciary Guard Commander (f, fighter 4, wages:12gp/month): commander in charge of the judiciary guards
