I'm not uber secretive about arrangements for the mission just yet.
It's going to be half a dozen power loaders verse a lance of mechs.
Movement profiles breaks down he unit into two groups of threes.
I suggest Millie, Cade, and the NPC cadet take on longer ranged weapons and support roles.
I suggest Adam, Caitlin, and Svend be the 'forward' attack group. If you're going to bust buildings obviously SRMs are the choice weapon to look at, though i suggest going with what your characters are good with since they're all 'rusty' you're going to want weapons you can hit with (ACs for Adam, Missiles for Caitlin, CAT for Svend)
Since you all suck at the moment (-2 Gunnery/-2 Pilot), you might want to consider looking at munitions that improve you gunnery, like LBX for Autocanons or Flak for SRM missiles.
Your mech, your loadout. It's up to you. You may use any of the modules and weapons you have bought. You may 'borrow' one weapon from the Academy to use, to experiment with. No double strength heat sinks will be allowed for the match.
Match ends on the turn that a team reachs 12 points. In the even that both teams reach 12 points in the same turn, the team with 'more points' is declared the winner. Should both teams have the same points, the outcome is a draw.
Each building is a Light (40cf) buliding and worth 4 points each, so destroying all three will win the match.
Each mech is worth it's weight divided by 10 in points. Starting Commanders of the unit is worth and additional 2 points so...

Thantos = 4.5 points
Devlin = 4 points
Millicent = 4.5 points
Cade = 2.5 points
Margaret = 2.5 points
Adam = 3 points
Svend = 3 points
Caitin = 3 points
