not really, she's just still annoyed, due to millie's bigoted hostility.

oh for everyone to know: camille was gone for aprt of the trip, taking another route, the exact reason hasn't been mentioned, but she wore the current uniform when she met up with the unit again, a uniform she had never worn before, she also wears a signet ring now, it was after this trip she returned with the blackjack instead of the cicada.
she never displayed a family emblem before either, yet once unpacked, her mech has it painted on to it.

I think even despite her dislike for him, she would rather it had been a marriage to him, than what actually happened.

Everything considered, it probably isn't hard to find out for those who want to do a little legwork for it, she was away for a funeral, close family.

however she doens't seme to want to speak about it, and in fact doesn't mention it at all herself.
if asked about the mech, the uniform or anything else, all she'll say is that she left the Cicada with a younger relative.

Course I did.

Young noble chick that Johan is crushing on.  'Enlisted' for all purposes and now shows up in snazzy wear with a a whole lot more rank.  You know everyone thought it.  Course the real question would be what sort of kink Johan is into for Camille to fulfill... ;)

I had a hard cap on officers of 'three'.

I had a soft cap of 'two' since youre down to two lances.

That said when camille asked to be promoted to LT. i didnt see a problem with it.  I would have prefered only a jump to Lt., but she bought a level of nobility to bump it another level.  So it is what it is.  Thought to be honest, Sgt. would have worked as well.

Maybe more so, since she lacks leadership to really 'lead' the way she should for her rank.
