IC: Cypher System - Predation
Welcome to the Cretaceous!
200 years in the future, a big corporation developed time travel and sent a large population of scientists back to the Cretaceous for various scientific purposes (some very secretive). Nine years into the experiment, time travel blew up on the Cretaceous end, and no one has been able to figure out why. It's now a hundred years later, and a lot of the modern technology is breaking down as a new generation is either settling down or trying to find a way back to a future "home" they've never seen. And, of course, the meteor could be due any time soon...
So, would there be enough people interested in a game that's futuristic, prehistoric, and post-apocalypic at the same time? Also, everyone would have a dinosaur buddy played by someone else in the group, so effectively everyone plays two characters, yourself and someone else's companion.
Is there enough interest for a group of people who want to thrash through the prehistoric jungle with their antique laser gun, new bone knife, and genetically-modified dino-buddy?
